Bobe's Pizza I Ginger Ale's — Restaurant in Mount Carmel

We placed a late evening order on a Monday night. The website wouldn't allow us to complete our order online given the hour, so we tried the Mt. Carmel store directly. The young man taking the order worked very hard to make sure he had the order right. We ordered the Super Farouk and wanted a few items omitted, which he did cheerfully. Our pie arrived a little earlier than expected, and the young man making the delivery was very friendly and professional. Our pizza arrived in excellent shape, looked beautiful! Lots of meaty toppings and gooey cheese! The sauce was just right for us - not too sweet, not too acidic. The crust was airy, not too dense. We did order pan style crust, well done. The only aspect I'd like a little different is to actually have that crust more well done next time. I'll just know to order that yummy pizza earlier next time so Bobes can have time to work their magic. Looking forward to...

When traveling I love to try local places. And when it's pizza my go to is a plain cheese pizza. The three ingredients of sauce, crust and cheese tell alot about the flavor DNA of an Italian restaurant. Ordered the go to from Bobes. When it arrived I have to admit.....it looked different than nearly any other pizza i've tried. And it was absolutely delicious! Good quality cheese, very thin crust, bright and fresh tasting sauce and just a sprinkling of oregano on the top. Hate to admit it....but I ate the entire pizza in one sitting! Very unique...

I ordered a large fruok pizza with extra mushrooms and sausage to b added with 2 cups of cheese sauce. I got the 2 cups of cheese sauce, this time. . My pizza has very few mushrooms sausage and pepperoni. Seen like 3 bell peppers. Not happy about this order. Just giving 2 stars cause pizza was hot and delivered at...
