Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Morris

This is by far the best Cesars from Davison to Flint...the Mount Morris location is the only one that doesn't disappoint! I had written off all Cesars after several bad experiences in Davison and Genesee until my husband brought home pizza from the MM store. Everything is always fresh, crazy bread is soft, and has flavor (it's so hard and bland in Davison and Kearsley areas) and the pizzas are always awesome! Whoever is running this particular location has that extra something needed for restaurants to get those repeat customers, the other locations in the area could learn something from Mount Morris! I will not go to the one closest to my house (Richfield Rd. /Genesee Rd.) ever again, they're surprisingly busy but unprepared for the dinner rush, and not just occasionally, every single time we have tried them out, there's no dinner push hustle, it's unbelievably slow-hour wait for hot n readys no matter the day of the week, it's almost like there is zero management whatsoever. So, that's why we make the drive to Mount Morris, knowing we will get what we ordered, quickly and prepared hot, fresh & delicious. Little Caesars in Mount Morris seems to be horrible. Not good customer service. When you buy a hot and ready and they make you wait almost 25 minutes to get it is ridiculous. When you order a hot and ready and you have three children in the vehicle waiting on there for dinner it is acceptable to charge someone without letting them know there's going to be at least a 25-minute wait. Had I not already been charged I would have left. the whole point of a hot and ready pizza is to be ready when you walk in. I understand sometimes they get slammed and people wipe out the hot and ready's. Common courtesy is to let the customer know that you're all out and there will be a small wait. also common courtesy is to not let your employees that are not on the clock come back take a pizza out of the oven, butter it up and put parmesan cheese on it and then take it for themselves....

Awful experience. I placed an order online 2 hours in advance before I needed them just to make sure there was enough time for my 4 pizzas to be ready. When I got there to pick them up they still weren't ready, the kid working the register had zero clue what was going on with anything and kept laughing about it. Finally found out that my order was missing the special pizzas. Waited another 35 minutes in the lobby for my order just for it to STILL be wrong. Not only that they left my two other pizzas and 3 orders of bread just sitting out when they made the two "special" pizzas smh. Awful experience and will NOT waste my time or money...
