I really don't like the fact that I have to write this but after my experience last nice and the fact that nothing was done to resolve the issue irritates me. I've been going to this restaurant for yrs now and I loved their food and service even got to know some of the people there. I ate there through my whole pregnancy with my daughter and never had anything to say bad. But last night really upset me. We (my husband, son 12yrs and 1yr old daughter and my 8 months pregnant butt lol) walked in and we got a booth quick. They brought us the chips and salsa yummy 🤤. The waitress came to our table which I couldn't tell you her name as she never said it or smiled. Asked us what to drink we ordered our pops and as I went to ask for cheese dip she walked away right in the middle of my sentence (very rude). She brought us our drinks and then said she would be back to take our order (understandable) when she came back which was a long while we started to order she got very irritated with my 12 yr old over his order. Which was a California burrito with no lettuce bean or guacamole and sour cream on the side. I ordered the California burrito but with stewed beef instead of chicken no guacamole and sour cream on the side like I always do. She got snippy and said there's a up charge for stewed beef I said yes I'm aware. My husband ordered Taco's Al pastor. We waited a long time before we got our cheese dip (which my waitress didn't bring out another waitress brought us it with a nice smile like she always has by the way). Then the manager lady asked us if we needed anything I said yes a refill and salsa she brought out my refill and chips. Then had to ask the bus boy for more salsa (he was doing great by the way I seen him helping out anywhere he could nice young man.) Finally our food came out (which the wait was understandable on a Saturday night and busy) we were all excited our waitress started putting plates on the table and set 2 hot plates in front of my 1 yr old I immediately got them out of the way before she burned herself on them. (Couldn't believe that). My husband loves the taco's al pastor which is normally juicy and delicious but this time it was dry and I mean very dry. My son's burrito which is supposed to be shredded chicken was not shredded and very hard I couldn't even get a fork in it. He stopped eating it and didn't even want to take it home but I told him we could at least give it to the dogs and my son can finish that burrito in one sitting he's a big boy and it only had one piece of chicken in it. I never seen that in all the years of going there. My burrito only had meat in half of it. Smh. So we asked the bus boy for boxes and then asked the manager lady for our bill and the waitress we almost never saw brought the bill and said whenever you're ready. Lol your joking we have been ready and waiting and you came to my table 3 times. Once for our drinks once to take the order then to bring the food and now we have been waiting for you all night for refills and other things she walked by many times looked right at us and just never bothered to stop and see how we were doing. So I went to pay and brought up my concerns with the young lady at the front door. I asked if there was a new cook as the food has never been that bad. She said no. OK so she asked how everything was and I told her all she said was yeah I've been eating here 8 yrs and worked here 1 yr it's gotten bad. Then said well I'm sorry. Like wow ok. Don't think that's what you should have said. I normally tip good but I didn't even give a tip I was so mad. 65 dollar meal I fed to the dogs. Can't believe it after 3 years of dedication to this place and I've told everyone about how wonderful this place is. I work in customer service and am a manager and I tell all my customers about how great you guys are. It's sad that a regular was treated this way. And trust me they will know who wrote this as my son always says hi to David (which shares a name with my hubby). David and the manager lady are...

What a delightful surprise we had at Los Cabos Grill & Bar! While traveling from the West side of the state to the East for some automotive business, we stumbled upon this little gem of a Mexican cuisine restaurant. Simple yet sophisticated, it surpassed our expectations in every way.
From the moment we were warmly greeted by the host, to the impeccable service provided by our elegantly dressed server, and the attentive check-ins from the manager, the customer service was outstanding. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded without a hitch.
Now, let's talk about the food. It was simply amazing. You could almost choose anything from the menu, and it would be delicious. However, I am quite picky when it comes to Fajitas, and I must say, they were absolutely mouthwatering. The dish was beautifully presented, and the best part was that you could taste each and every ingredient in every bite. I'm not sure who is heading up the kitchen, but they are truly on point and delivered the flavors flawlessly. All parties involved in preparing our meal deserve rave reviews!
I have no hesitation in giving Los Cabos Grill & Bar a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you for providing us with an unexpected and delightful dinner experience. Your attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and mouthwatering dishes have earned our admiration and gratitude.
If you're looking for a Mexican cuisine restaurant that goes above and beyond in every aspect, look no further than Los Cabos Grill & Bar. They will surely impress you with their delicious food and superb service. Thank you once again for the wonderful surprise dinner opportunity. You have our highest...
Read moreI am SO picky on mexican food, I haven’t found a restaraunt I really prefer to eat things at. My Husband suggested that we go to this restaraunt and it was a first time for the both of us, which made me uneasy. I definitely know what I like and I stick to it, but this food was impeccable. We started off with chips/salsa which was good but not spicy, which our daughter loved, & choriqueso (chorizo & queso dip) ugh it was delish! And then we both had the same, I don’t remember the name but it had shrimp, steak, guac, lettuce, tomato, and topped with queso and spicy salsa verde. I couldn’t get enough of the burrito! It was very large and enough to satisfy a big appetite. The shrimp and steak were seasoned well and cooked perfectly and I’m picky on my seafood. To end our meal we tried the oreo churros with ice cream. I wish I took a picture but I forgot. We had the most friendly waitstaff and everything was perfect, no complaints! I can’t wait to go back and try their alcohol too, the margs and rumbuckets looked SO good! Edit- The burrito is called Burrito Classico! I also found taking off the tomatoes and getting sour cream and their fresh pick on the side to pair with it is amazing. I did get it inside but it made the burrito more messy and wet/soggy! Their tacos supremes are unmatched also. I get medium shells with pico & verde salsa on the side. They’re amazing! The blueberry margaritas are the best kinds I have ever had! The mango was surprisingly good as well, I can’t wait to try raspberry next. Between the bar and the menu this is my new favorite...
