Depends on when you go I'm thinking. My first visit was amazing, the jumbo shrimp I had were prob the best I've had in pgh! My husband also loved the chicken tenders meal, and the small, 4 pieces, is enough for at least 2 meals. Feels closer to a chicken breast than a tender! My second visit, less than a week later because it was that good, was even better since I removed the 'sides' and just went to town on 10 jumbo shrimp for a similar price. Today was completely different, about 10 days since my 2nd visit. It's pricey but worth it if you get what you want. Might have been a language barrier but they wouldn't not give me the sides and it seemed way more expensive than what I got the last 2 times. The shrimp was still amazing, they bread on the spot when ordered, but the experience this time is what changed my review that would have been 5 stars to 3. I'll definitely try again but it's two strikes and out when it comes to food, even though amazing food, customer service is also extremely important. They weren't rude or anything, just felt like a completely different experience which left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Not at all caused...

I would not give a one star but I had to in order to write this review. I showed up at 9:40 PM to place an order their website says they close at 10 PM but the door and menu says they close at 11, I went to order and the guy tells me they are closed. I said I thought you closed at 11?..... this “guy” was more like a kid.... rude.... said for me to tell him what I want and maybe I could order..... all I wanted was some carrot cake and cups of season..... he let me get it but gave me cheesecake NOT what I wanted 😂😡 anyways, it wasn’t even 10pm and their sign says 11pm but they’re “closed”???? Another customer was calling them since 9pm and they said they shut their phones off at 9pm..... what kind of business is this??? POOR BUSINESS!!!! I have been eating here for over 15 years. I went there the other day and had my first bad experience. I think they might be under new management. They changed the French Fries, they used to have the best fries now they are nasty. The cat fish nugget taste like they used a new recipe that I am not a fan of( it tasted Eggy). To top it all of they gave me old chicken! It was hot but it was dried out. It taste like they had old chicken, put it back in the fryer to heat it up and gave it to me.
