Gold Star — Restaurant in Mount Orab

I have gave this gold star more then one chance and it has not got any better. I would keep going back but after today I will no longer be going to the Mt Orab Gold Star! 30 mins drive thru waits, and you go in side never have more then one waitress. The one they do have is always making food. And there is today to seal the deal I finally get to order food. The guy taking the order could not hear me fine no problem so I talk louder. I go to order 4 chili cheese sandwiches with mustard no onion. He repeated it saying with onions no mustard 3x So I'm at the piont where I am screaming how to make the them two more times he gets it wrong. Finally he says I got it. Told me how much it is. I get to the window. Like everytime I have been there he talks to the window in side. So you never hear him. So I said I guess I could not hear what you said. The girl standing right beside him says it sounds about right to me.. Then shuts the window on me. I'm seeing red at this point. After 15 min I get my order go home. Me and my girlfriend went thru the drive thru and we got a super 3way a cheese coney and a regular 4way, the 4way costed 7 dollars and it was smaller than her cell phone literally 3 bites worth and we was missing cheese and the super 3ways are the size of a regular 3way, after we got done eating we was looking for something else to eat, we spent 21 dollars on this horrible food, and they have lost my business for good, so if anybody reads this comment don't bother taking your family to eat there it's an absolute joke, and when she called the manager all they basically had to say was sorry about your luck and she asked the manager for the owners number and name and they wouldn't give her neither one, I guess the owner don't want people knowing who he is cause he rips people off, the owner should be ashamed of himself, OH and this was the mt orab gold star location, that's people and have an...

I just want to say thank you for hiring such an amazing worker at Mt. Orab Gold Star. Me, my friend, and my Autistic son went through the drive-thru Friday night between 730 and 8pm. The young man working was AMAZING!!! He was so energetic, talkative, funny, and very personable. When he asked what type of cookies my son wanted with his meal I told him the meal was for my son at home, but the cookies for for my son in the car. He asked what his favorite kind were and I said he loves any cookie. This young man gave him both kind! My son Mason was in heaven! Please tell him Thank you for being so kind to my son, and making me want to come back to this location! It's hard finding individuals to treat my son like typical kiddos especially...
