Annoyed, I’ve bought two smock sticks and both broke twice. Third time coming in you guys wouldn’t return my vapes even tho I had receites and the box. I understand that you can only return an item so many times. However you wouldn’t even let us return our vapes and pay the difference for a nicer one. I take good care of my vapes so the damage was not my fault. All electrical. I had to exchange it three times in a month! One randomly started going off and about blew up. I went yesterday and bought new vape juice, as I was out. I purchased 2 bottles in different mg and it was not to my liking. I went in today to see where I stood as far as exchanging the unopened bottle and they took great care of me. I figured it would have been a long shot. I normally go else where for my juice but considering the selection of flavors and the customer oriented and friendly staff, I will no longer go any place else to purcahse my juice.
