So disappointed don't know if they're Under New Management are total knee staff I ordered a double what a Salisbury with bacon small order of onion rings and a large Cherry Lemon Sundrop got one patty on my burger and all the bacon pack in the center an onion rings or fried in one big block look delicious soaked in oil I called them while I was eating it in their parking lot they said they would bring my refund out to me they did not when I got through eating I went back in they had remade the burger they gave that to me then asked me if I wanted a refund on one patty to which I said do what you think's right I've never got this sorry service here they put $5 in my hand the Remake Burger and a new chain lemon Sundrop oh yeah when I ordered I told him how to spell my name Myers they spelled it l y e r s so it didn't get my review and they want to do something to make it right if we're Myers hit me back up I'd like to see you change back to...

What an absolutely lovely place. I enter and order two meals for carry out. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and efficient. By the time my order was given to cashier who was multitasking another lady already had my drinks made. Both were sweet and obviously working hard during lunch rush on Saturday. The store itself had so much culture and character. Has clipping of how long store has been open. Has posting of military and local duck hunting pro. Fast service and food was great. These people leaving bad reviews are nuts. I have NEVER felt more welcome as a customer and never witnessed a small crew work so fast, efficient and maintain a super pleasant attitude. What A Burger is a staple of Mount Pleasant and I grew up eating it all the time and loved it. In recent years it has gone WAY downhill. I make sure to eat it every time I come home which is frequently but can’t do it anymore. The food used to be excellent but in recent years it seems they pump out food to try to be quick without caring of quality. 8/10 times fries or onion rings are soggy and burger is okay. The worst part is the service. The employees are very nice and do their best but i think it comes from ownership and management. I called 25 times tonight and no one picked up the phone. I drive by and there was maybe 10-15 people inside.
