Thrilled to have a local pizza spot back in the neighborhood. Good food and friendly staff. I really really hope it stays that way and they provide solid and consistent hours (the biggest issue with the former spot ZZ Pizza). I would like to see the prices be a bit more consistent to the neighborhood as it seems to be comparable to DC prices which kind of hurts. When they say to support local businesses, establishments like this are the reason why. I live a stone's throw away but I had never patronized this business and I was looking for a quick place to grab some pizza on a Friday night. They have an interesting array of pizza options and I decided to get one of their specialty pizzas in a personal size and it was absolutely perfect. This establishment is in my hometown so I wanted to support it. I ordered 10 sub sandwiches to be cut in 4 pieces to feed a gathering of bridge players at The Washington Bridge Unit this afternoon. I worked with Geraldo who listened to what I needed and came up with a perfect combination of sandwiches and offered a small discount so that the purchase was within budget, The sandwiches were delivered for free perfectly packed and perfectly delicious.
