Burger King — Restaurant in Mount Sterling

Burger king in Mt.sterling oh where do I even start! The first time the food wasn't all there then the next two times Jared and kylee had to go around was because the FRESH food they were promised was old and cold! Not once but TWICE! Three times in total around the drive thru! And mind you they got there last night about 45mins before closing, and they were leaving finally right at closing time! So after burger king had been screwing around for 45mins. The final time, do you want to know how they chose to "handle" the situation. Jared apologize do them for being such a bother, WHEN HE DIDNT HAVE TO! He shouldn't have in my opinion. But that's just who we are! We don't like to bother people, but we also want what we pay for. So in response to his apologizes, they closed the window, saying nothing. And proceeds to MOCK. Jared, my daughter who is in the car (kylee) and laugh and cut up about the situation. So let me tell you when my child comes home in tears telling me BURGER KING made fun of them Well now we have problems. Because I understand bad days, I understand all of it jared and I both worked fast food for awhile. We could have easily after getting our food finally could have forgot it ever happend. But they deeply hurt MY CHIlD. And I appreciate the apology they gave really do. But it doesn't take back what my child will forever think about them or us for that matter. And god only knows what they probably did...

Burger King will not get my business ever again in Mount Sterling, the atmosphere was terrible, one of the cooks had his stomach hangout out, and I made special requests that my double cheeseburger was on a potato bun because I was allergic to sesame seeds and they did made my foot on a potato but they failed to carefully check because when I started eating I noticed their was sesame seeds on my wrapper and on the bottom of my bun, well I left there feeling sick, when I eat sesame seeds they make me feel sick, my head hurts and I feel like I took a hand full of sleeping pills, it also sets my anxiety off and I was having all them symptoms and on my way home to another town to Powell County I started dosing off on my way to get my kids and I found myself crossing over the yellow line, but thank God no one was around, they the really need to take making...

When we walked in there was absolutely no one at the counter, and we seen no one in the kitchen, it was like a ghost town not to add not one single customer was inside or in the drive thru. We stood for a good 3 minutes before anyone appeared from the back. The lady that took our order was very nice, but the rest of the staff were not very friendly, they seemed very irritated that they had to actually work at work! When they didn't have any orders they could be very clearly seen from the dinning room sitting beside the prep table on their phones, one heavy set guy was spitting his tobacco chew in a cup and then sat the cup on the prep table, whom I believe was the manager on shift was very clearly seen vapping.
