They used the same pair of gloves for everything. We watched them crack an egg, handle the egg, then watched as they proceeded to use the same gloves to fix a waffle and touched the chocolate chips that don't even get cooked.
I get you can't keep changing gloves every few seconds, but still if you're dealing with food that could cause salmonella it would be smart not to cross contaminate the food that you are serving.
Not to mention two employees left in the middle of their shift to go make out in the back room, where customers could still clearly see them. While leaving costumers waiting, when all they wanted was to get go boxes so they could leave with the food they had, before their show made people uncomfortable.
If you still go bring a jacket they have their AC cranked to freezing.

Read moreThe food is always great but the service can be hit or miss. I called my order ahead and took it to go, so I wasn't actually waited on. The lady who rang me up was really nice to me but I did witness her being rude to another customer on the phone who was calling to inquire about ordering for takeout. My food was good despite how busy they were and there was a bit of a wait for the customers who were dining in, I noticed. Parking was not a problem, as their lot is really spacious and they accommodate handicapped people as well. The entire restaurant is wheelchair accessible, from parking lot to tables to bathrooms. Their handicapped parking is steps away from the door and there were at least 2 open handicapped spaces at their busiest...
