Cook Out — Restaurant in Mount Sterling

The cook out in mt.sterling ky charged me 11$ for 6 chicken strips and added it at two 3 piece strip order I was unaware they charged it that way I eat the cook out a lot its one of my favorite places but I ordered those for my dog and I costed me more than my meal and I had a double cheeseburger with double fries and a drink it was only 9$ so u tell me the price difference plus when I went there today they put onion on my husbands burger which he is allergic to and was told not to put it on there and on mine they did not put cheese when I specifically ask them to put cheeses on both burgers I understand there’s yours or new ppl working and they may be in a rush so they don’t hold the line up and things happen but I also work as a server and it my job to check and double check that I give my customers what they ask and pay for please take a little more pride and consideration when fixing ppls food and taking there money I also couldn’t get ahold of any one to complain or fix my order on the phone which the cook out did not give me a receipt either so it probably wouldn’t matter if they did answer the phone I’m just really out done about the price of the chicken strips I could go to DQ and get the same 6 pice strip meal with fries and a drink for less than what the cook out charges me for just the chicken I’m not one to leave a bad review but it’s been two days in row something has went wrong there please do better thank you for...

I hesitate to give a review on my experience tonight, as I don't believe this is typical. However they didn't answer the phone when I called back to let them know about the problems. I ordered the big double tray, cheddar style, with Cajun seasoning, along with a Cajun seasoned chicken wrap. The cheese on my double puny burger was definitely not cheddar! I couldn't quite decide whether it was queso sauce or some kind of fake, processed cheese, like Kraft or American cheese. The chicken wrap, instead of being Cajun seasoned, was buffalo, which I do not like at all. So this is a new review. I dropped to 3 stars. I like the food. We like the service typically BUT last night I ordered cheese fries...BUT I wanted my cheese on the side. Typically you get a little container of fries. I got a small fry. Like SMALL. In a little bag and about a tablespoon of cheese.
