On 6/21/19 @4:53pm I placed an order for a taco party pack and a combo 4 with a Lg Pepsi. While I ordered, I told the guy I wanted at least 2 hot sauce packs per taco @party pack as it was going to a different destination from mine. I get to the window and I get to talk to this disheveled, weird colored hair girl named “alicia” anyways she gives me the party pack and I immediately opened to check for the sauce, there’s NONE. So I nicely asked her for it and immediately she rolled her eyes and made this annoyed face she then slams the window and she starts throwing the hot sauce packets in the box while talking to this big black guy. She opens the window again and hands me the pack, slams the window shut without saying thank you for coming or anything at all. So I look again in the pack and there’s no napkins, I then look in the 2nd order inside the bag and there’s no napkins and no hot sauce for that order either. So I look over and she’s just standing there giving me a dirty look. So she finally opens the window and says “WHAT NOW?!” So I tell her, I need hot sauce for the other other and napkins for both orders. She says nothing to me but turns to the black guy and says something to him, he then tells her “Just give it to her” in a demeaning way and grabs the napkins and shoves them to her. She then gives them to me and slams the window again but not before I told her that they were rude. Let me tell you something you flaky rude employee: If I didn’t spend my hard earned money at your store, you either wouldn’t have a job or they’d cut your hours. And they eventually will, when people stop going to this store because of your pathetic attitude and bad customer service you and that black guy offer to the paying customer!! OWNER: Reviews DO count, reviews get read and if you don’t keep an eye on your employees they’re going to bring your sales down. You may want to screen your future employees a lot better. Read moreThis is what we got after 40 min and 3 attempts to get the order right this is suppose to be a chicken power burrito with no Pico (🍅 tomato) the #14. 1st attempt was the salad, 2nd was steak with tomato at witch point the manager was very rude making a show of throwing it in the trash and asking "well how was I suppose to know she was allergic to tomato" I had requesting this when I 1st ordered. She walked away ranting still ranting to witch two other employs who had been nice the entire time apologized for how she acted. Then I return to my set after being tried it standing only to take a bite of my gortida crunch to find a uncooked still frozen nacho fry inside of it. Now still waiting on the burrito the manger at the sight of me with my food says "now what" so I showed her the fry witch had no reason to be in my food. Her response is " I don't know what you want me to do about it" and walking away. I am very thankful for the male employ who spoke up and said " if I could I would give you your money back" I thanked him and he returned to work I stood there still waiting on the 3rd burrito the manger comes back takes $3 out of the register and slams it down on the counter. I step up and pick up my money and step back and continue to wait. While getting mean looks from the manger and another female employ who was supposed to be making the burrito after returning to my seat then back to the counter the kind male employ who had took his break and come back ask me if I needed anything else I told him just the burrito to witch looked around and found apologizing again bc it was make sitting there for 20 min now cold he reheated it for me and give to to me still apologizing and the pic below was the end result make my the female employ that spoke rudely with the manger while I waited. Read moreI love taco bell but the service could use some work. Two people took break at the same time right before I ordered. There was a line around the corner outside the building so I went in thinking it would be quicker. It wasn't, there was 1 person in front of me when I ordered and 2 more people that were there together waiting for food. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order. The person working the front kept stopping and catering to 2 younger girls, one of them was calling her mom and instead of working she kept stopping to get them things or talk. They did order but were a bit obnoxious. It shouldn't have taken that long to get my food and no one working there seemed to care or even appear like they were in a good mood. You chose to work here, you can at least pretend you're in a half decent mood. If you really do hate your job please find something else to do. I honestly don't understand how this place usually stays busy with the staff they currently have. Probably going to be a while before I bother coming here again. Would be 1 star if I didn't like the food. At least this didn't screw up the order but if they had after waiting as long as I did this review would have...
