Los Rancheros — Restaurant in Mount Sterling

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. There was no wait and I was seated immediately. I chose the Burrito Al Pastore and was not disappointed. The burrito was enormous and consisted of a flour tortilla filled with seasoned pork, rice, black beans, and guacamole. Three grilled pineapple rings topped the burrito which was smothered in queso blanco. Very tasty and very filling. The chips for the complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and warm. The salsa was different than what you find at most Mexican restaurants in that it was milder and more tomato based. The only issue would be the waitress spoke very little English. I know enough Spanish to get by but that isn't the case...

I have been calling at least once a week for over a month to get a refund for an online order that was cancelled. They took my money, kept their food, and insist they aren’t able to refund my debit card directly. I’ve been told to look for a check in the mail, but I have received absolutely no compensation.
