Ugh. I have given the Mount Sterling Pizza Hut opportunity after opportunity and they never fail to let me down. Whether I am ordering on the app and picking up or ordering inside to eat there, I am always disappointed. Typically, when I order online, I will place the order well in advance and get to the store around 5 to 10 mins after the pick-up time (to make sure things can be ready]. The food is typically ready, however I still sit at the window fro 5 to 10 mins listening to the chime that alerts an employee that someone is there. Then finally, someone will come to the window and take my money. I always have to make sure that any additional sauces that I order and pay for are with my order. I learned my lesson by paying for these sauces in the past and never recieving them. Now, to my most recent experience. The waitress was kind. She took my wife and daughter's order about 5 mins before I got to the store. My wife order one large pizza, boneless wings and a child's pan pizza. We waited and waited and waited. The waitress finally brought the wings. 5 mins later, brought the pizza. We had wings and pizza, sharing pizza with our daughter until her cheese pizza arrived. However, it never arrived. The waitress finally comes back to our table to ask if we need any boxes. I said no, because we didn't even recieve all of our order. She apologized and went back to the kitchen. She returned about 5 mins later and let us know that the pizza would be coming out any moment and she left again. I told my wife that we weren't eating any longer and that I would tell them to refund the pizza. I walked to the front and of course I waited a bit longer. Finally the waitress comes up and says, "Do you want your pizza in a box to go?" I said, "I don't want it at all." She said, "Oh!" 5 mins later I am still standing there and not getting my refund. I had just gotten off work and got very, very tired of waiting. I asked how much the pizza was. I was told that it was 3 bucks. I said 3 bucks isn't worth my time to stand here forever and a day. I paid and I left. Disappointed again. Domino's has better pizza. Little Caesar's has quicker service. Unfortunately for us, Pizza Hut had room for us to sit as a family, but that's all they had...
Read moreHello my name is Bryson A. Bailey, I am giving a review on my whole experiance with the Mt. Sterling, KY location as a former employee.
I was hired on as a CSR in 09/2021, my first mega corp. job. When I got on I absolutly loved it, friendly staff, friendly customers. I was very pleased by the service of Heather Hatton for training me, she did an absolutely terrific job!!!
Made some really good co-worker friends there, and many customer friends as well! When the dining room opened I shortly after became a server (waiter), I enjoyed it pretty well, sure it got hectic but it didnt kill me or anything! Made decent amount on tips fyi.
Starting early 01/2023 I started in the process of becoming a Cook, due to the fact I wasnt making as much money as a Server and CSR ( which by the way a CSR make $7.25 an hour, and a Server $5 plus tips).
In mid 02/2023 it was a very busy day, short staffed, and everyone in town wanted to order. It was me and about 7 other team mates working and it got very, very busy. Running out of sauce, 1 cook at the time, ect. We called in for our RGM, Ms. Gina Howard, to come in as back up. When she arrived she came in cursing up the place, throwing stuff everywhere, insulting my team mates and I. We did nothing wrong. About 3 hours after that whole scene, I quit that night. A very sad day.
To those who are looking for a new job, or getting your first job, do not work there if Gina Howard is employeed there. She will ruin your Pizza Hut experiance.
I personally want to thank these people for making my experiance awesome!

These people on these lists and many more who order here, I wish simply the best for...
Read moreI am not sure when Pizza Hut fell so far, but I can't recommend anyone eat here anymore.
More is the pity, as Pizza Hut was the king of 80s and 90s chain pizza cuisine.
On this occasion, I decided to pop I'm and place a carry out order. It had been some time since I frequented this restaurant due to and experiences in the past, but I decided it was time for another chance. It's a good thing I didn't wish to dine in, as the dining room appears permanently closed. The doors were locked, and the person who approached just before me was about to leave when staff opened the door.
I placed an order (large pepperoni lovers and cheese sticks), and was told it was $30 and would take about 15 minutes. While I know inflation has hit the food industry hard, I just don't see this as good value anymore, particularly in light of the food quality compared to other pizza chains or mom and pop establishments.
Overall, I'd rate this store the following:
Appeal of the facilities: 2/10 Food quality: 6/10 Cost/value: 3/10
To her credit, the person who I interacted with was friendly and helpful, which was better than prior experiences with this location...
