The Drink Shop — Restaurant in Mount Sterling

I was third in line at the drive-up on a Saturday afternoon when a cheerful young man came out the back door and took my order so that my drink would be ready when I pulled up to the window and I wouldn't have to wait. He also took the order for the car immediately ahead of me. Very thoughtful and added a nice touch. The young lady at the window was equally pleasant. I honestly would have to say my iced vanilla latte was average. Nothing to rave about but still decent. this place needs improvement. I did not get whati ordered..not even close..I ordered a protein coffee with mocha..carmel drizzle..we waited for 20 mins...they came back to tell the didn't have mocha would vanilla work..I said yes ..there was no coffee or carmel in my drink...I got it blended..it was mostly foam..didn't taste good at all..my daughter got a carmel iced coffee..way too much syrup ..did not even have the espresso we wanted in our drinks..we paid 10.00 for them and they tasted like crap...will not go back!! very...

Waste of money. I ordered a hot latte, came out lukewarm and tasted like hot milk with a splash of regular coffee. My husband got an iced coffee with Carmel, and it tasted watered down with zero sweetness. Price on the menu for each of our drinks should have been $4.50 ($1.75+$2.75) but we were charged over $10.
