Their cold brew is extremely weak. Tastes like water with whatever syrup you add.

They do not offer half and half—that was a first for me, a coffee place that doesn’t have half and half. Anyway if you ask for “cream” apparently they are liable to give you their “sweet cream” powder laden with sugar without explaining to you what they’re putting in your drink, so if you’re a diabetic be careful what dairy you’re adding! Or if you’re someone who just likes “cream” (what most of the world understands to be half and half) with no sweetener, you’ll be in for a surprise.

The frappes are very good, better than Starbucks or McDonald’s. I’ve had an iced latte and it was alright—good enough I’ll get one from here in honor of shopping local instead of going to the other places.

Overall the drinks are somewhat hit or miss especially if you want to do something sugar free…but way better than any other small coffee shop...

I absolutely love coffee shops. I’m a bit of a coffee nerd. I love walking in and experiencing the various personalities and culture. But I must say as optimistic and a people lover this takes the cake unfortunately for one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The guy at the front was extremely rude and made me feel small. If people aren’t fulfilled working in customer service instead of taking it out on the customers maybe find a different career choice. I don’t even get to try the coffee because of how embarrassed I felt by asking a simple question. It’s a shame because I love supporting smaller...
