The meat was well-seasoned, and the bun was soft and fresh. Accompanying my sandwich were the signature curly fries, which were crispy and flavorful, providing a delightful crunch with every bite. This place is quite expensive as a fast food place to not have your food handed to you. When ordering you better make sure you don't say too much or they will not give you your food, but will gladly accept your money. The first time this month, we ordered chicken tenders, as well as other food, but when we got home, we were missing the chicken tenders. We called back in and got the chicken tenders later that night (we live 20 minutes away). The next time this month, it was the same order as last time, but they forgot to give us our chicken again. We didn't call in that time because we didn't feel like going back. The next time they forgot, they forgot to give us two beef and cheddars; luckily we checked as soon as we were done with the drive-through. We went back through the drive through to tell them that they forgot our beef and cheddars, we then drove up to the window and told them how they keep forgetting to give food and etc. The girl's eyes widened as we told them that, she said "well I replaced the tenders," thinking that they only missed them the one time. We then said, "no, there was another time when you forgot, we just didn't call back because we live so far." We are displeased with their staff, as they are upset with us for their own inadequate competence. Read moreI stopped at Arby's in Oakland yesterday. I ordered a sandwich and a large strawberry lemonade. I ask the lady for lite ice. She informed me in a aggravated tone! If she gave me lite ice, I would only get half a cup full. So being embarrassed for challenging her authority. I said nevermind on the lite ice. When I received my order. I didn't notice until later. The large cup was completely full of ice. It couldn't of received one more cube in it, and still put the lid on. It was a 24 oz cup. I'm just guessing now, maybe 8 oz in it.
