Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oakland

Was a while getting my pizza but, the woman who took my order, I think her name was Margaret, was very polite and was doing the work of 3 people. It was at a shift change and the other workers that were coming in, after I had ordered, didn't seem very motivated at all. But the one that was there and took my order is probably one of the best employees this Little Caesars has had in years. I hope they give her a raise and a promotion. The food is decent and the service is quick. This was 2 years ago. Tonight it was extremely slow and the workers showed absolutely NO enthusiasm on their job. Even the workers in the back seemed lackadaisical in their talks. I waited in line for about 25 minutes to place my order. When I got home (less than 1/2 mile away) the pizza was barely warm. I am even concerned about using the pizza portal (will my pizza even be warm?). Not sure why service is lacking. Hopefully it will...

I like the pizza here but be careful if you order online! We have ordered twice in a row and both times the pizza's were wrong. My son can't have sauce and there was sauce on it both times. They are however very good about replacing the pizza's but it's inconvenient because we live 20 minutes away and have to wait till another trip into town for the. Replacement.
