McDonald's — Restaurant in Mountain Top

My husband and I went through the drive thru between 9:35-9:47pm on Saturday, February 03, 2024. The food was stale and cold. The employee that handed the bag of food through the window was rude and practically slapped the bag of food at his chest and rudely remarked “here you go, have a wonderful day.” No receipt was provided. In addition, three other customers were trying to access the lobby (again still not 10pm) and the drive thru employee remarked that it was closed. After leaving the drive thru, I contacted the manager (McKenzie) on duty who laughed at my concerns. I believe she may have thought I was prank calling her and that may have been why she laughed. She also informed me that they close their lobby at 9:30pm. Upon review of the website it reflects that the lobby is open until 10:30 pm. I did call this morning and spoke with Roger (a different manager) who was very professional and told me he would look into the above issues but I definitely think the night shift can truly improve on customer service and...

Bunch of children that work there and they speak to you with absolutely no respect even the ones that are so-called managers, it’s Thursday and Halloween is on Monday which is in like five days and this is the third time I was there today and they still don’t have the Halloween pails for the kids happy meals I asked for the corporate number so that I can make a complaint to the corporate office not to this store directly and I was told that she couldn’t give me that information and when I asked her to ask her manager she proceeded to tell me that I was being unprofessional and kept interrupting me cutting me off wouldn’t let me speak and was just over all rude 100%. I’m going to continue to look for whoever owns that property so that I can make an official complaint about the employees that work there I am absolutely not finished with this. Chicken tenders are never ready. Found hair in my food numerous times. Very sloppy assembly of burgers and wraps. Last 3 times I got salads over the past couple months there was a hair or 2 in each of them. Drive through is usually long and the little girls working in there are always texting and not paying attention. I had two cheeseburgers and they tasted like floor cleaner. I later learned they failed their health inspection for being dirty and storing cleaners above food... makes sense now. Management is extremely rude and don't bother going after 5pm because everything is microwaved and rubber also the bathrooms are filthy. Smells like sewage all the time. But it's a McDonald's.
