In-N-Out Burger Review - Mountain View

I’ve always loved In-N-Out Burger for its delicious food and unique charm, but my recent experiences at the Mountain View location have been disappointing. During my last few visits to the drive-through, my order has repeatedly been incorrect.

I know that mistakes happen, but consistency is key, especially at a place with such a strong reputation like In-N-Out. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, which is appreciated, but it’s disappointing when the orders don’t match what you requested.

I hope that the team can resolve these issues because I genuinely enjoy their food and want to keep supporting this classic establishment. Here’s to hoping for better experiences in the future!

I recently visited the In-N-Out location for a quick drive-through meal, and I have to say, it was the worst order I've ever received. My order was completely wrong, and I've never experienced such a mix-up at this location before. I was very, very disappointed with the service and the quality of my meal. I can't say I like this place. I strongly prefer absolutely any other fast burger option. The burgers at in-n-out are dry, thin, and nasty, while the buns are greasy. At best they are comparable to McDonald's, which would otherwise define the worst fast food burger option. Worse really, the fries are undercooked and mealy. Hands down they are the worst fast food fries to be bad anywhere. Unlike the burgers, they don't even compete for last place. They are simply inedible. The service is unimpressive, though I don't see what would ever be good about waiting 20-30 minutes in the drive through. Dispite all of this, my wife loves the place. It cannot be explained. Maybe there are drugs in the food that she responds to. I can't imagine but, since I love her, we sit in the interminable lines so she can get her lettuce wrapped burgers. Unfortunately this in-n-out was a bit disappointing compared to the other locations.

The fries were a little burnt, I’m not a fan of charcoal🍟 🔥 Fries were not seasoned properly, barely any salt. I know they give you salt on the side but it should have some flavor by default like the other locations. The drinks have so little ice in them they were melted within 15 mins. The drive thru line gets awkward when it gets long, there should be proper signage/ direction on where to enter or where to go to get to the drive thru. I basically had to enter and exit and make a u-turn in the parking lot to get in line. This was unexpected. The cashier’s hands were wet so when he handed back my credit card to me with my receipt both came back a bit wet. It’s gross considering now I have to wipe it on...
