Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mountain View

As a disabled Veteran I work door dash from time to time. A few nights ago I experiencd pure disrespect and cruel treatment by the staff at this restaurant. The drive thru window refused to hand me my order and insisted I come into the lobby. This has never happened before. In the past I've picked up all customer orders at the window. When I told the staff member that I am physically handicapped and that it would be a big painful issue for me, the staff member said he did not care. I was shocked . I said that I would call the manager . He looked at my Stanford Cap and my Camo sweater and said that I could call Donald Trump and complain.again I was shocked. Once I was on the phone I spoke to the female manager trying to explain my situation. The entire time I could hear them insulting me in Spanish. I know this because I speak Spanish . She told me that she would not accommodate, nor help me. She didn't even offer to help me hold the lobby door open. I told them this was humiliating and they did not care. She said she was going to report me to door dash which she did and I've had door dash reach out to me without giving me an opportunity to explain the situation. Legal counsel may be...

This place prepares the meals well, and relatively fast. They make me actually enjoy eating at a chain like Jack n The Box. What they prepare is actually quite good... however, I'm referring to when I actually am ordering that item. You see, every so often they have a tendency to prepare the food in a kinda opposite way from what you ordered. Like sometimes you want a jumbo Jack without tomatoes; on it goes extra tomatoes. Maybe you crave a large curly fries and with the order; they might serve you a small regular fries. Just expect the unexpected with this location, double check the order. And I have found it easier to check everything in the bag to make my order is correct before I drive away from the second window, that way I don't have to walk inside to fix the order when they mess up again.. because you know they probably will. if they do that you will have a lot easier time dealing with this place, but if you don't really care about us small mess up and you aren't on some special diet then Chow down!! because somehow when they prepare your meal right it just tastes better than those Jack...

While I don't want to harsh too much on a Jack in the Box, I mean it is fast food, this location is prone to forgetting items that you ordered, burning food, giving you the wrong item, over charging, or just plain being slow enough that they have to ask you to park and come inside when you order at the drive in. Ordering breakfast in particular seems to be an issue here, as even on a good day the eggs and bacon are usually over cooked, if they remember to include the bacon in the Breakfast Plate at all. But when you have a craving for a cheap fast breakfast, it's one of the few options available so I'll suffer going inside to demand my order be corrected.

Somewhere between 33-50% of my experiences here include some sort of error on their part. If the name of the game in fast food is consistency, this location is not holding up it's end of...
