Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Mountain View

Probably the worst I've ever had. I just moved to the area, friends and family send me gift cards because I love Starbucks. I've been 5 times and they finally got it right. All I order is Iced Coffee, Cold Brew and regular Pikes. It's not even like I have difficult orders. I had ordered an iced coffee, the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted Iced Honey three times. What in the world is an iced honey?! I then explained what a caramel iced coffee was, she still gave me a puzzled look so I left.

Hot coffee tastes burnt and the cold brew tasted like they maybe made berry tea in the same container and didn't was it out. Very...

I showed up and said hello with no response from barista. Maybe he didn't hear me. I waited at the register for 5-10 minutes trying to be patient as he was restocking things. Did not once glance over of check if anyone was there. After a while I finally got his attention to order but he did not write down or note any of the requests I made (less sweetener, 2 shots, extra topping) and when I asked he said he got it all and then he proceeded to make it with no customization. I was running late for work and maybe he was having a stressful day and I didn't want to make him feel bad or wait for a new one so...

So the guy calls me a dude at first.....I don't look like a dude. Then I order my coffee and wait ......there is another guy in front of me waiting for his coffee and after 5 min. Of waiting.....the espresso machine is down. Doesnt work. The poor lady was very nice and offered to give us a refund plus a free what ever else. She deserves 5 stars but the dude.....I'll...
