Mr Cake made a beautiful and delicious ocean themed cake for our son’s third birthday. It was light and fluffy and expertly decorated, eliciting much approval from our guests. My son could not have been happier to see and eat it. I especially appreciated how easy Mr Cake made it for me to plan and work with him at short notice. Unlike other bakers, Mr Cake whipped up this gourmet cake in less than a week, cheerfully agreeing to all my requests as we communicated via text. I sent him a picture from the Internet and he replicated it almost perfectly. Thank you Mr Cake for making our birthday so memorable. I have already passed down his info to a friend.

Update 3 years later: We have continued to order cakes from Mr Cake over the past few years for subsequent birthdays. Each time he never fails to disappoint. Last year he made a delicious Minecraft themed chocolate cake. This year he whipped up the most decadent moist and fluffy vanilla Dinosaur themed cake that was polished off in less than an evening. I highly recommend Mr Cake +! A coworker [who used to drive a Mini Cooper that was nothing but dramatic problems for him] was turning 18, and is also allergic to eggs. I found Mr Cake Plus from their excellent reviews, especially about their egg-free cakes. We got a delicious egg-free chocolate cake with vanilla frosting to celebrate the birthday, complete with a picture that was carefully arranged on the cake for maximum effect, clearly showing how much care goes into their work. It turns out the birthday boy had literally NEVER eaten cake before due to his allergy, so this was his very first one. He laughed so hard when he first saw it, was super excited when he found out he could eat it, and he loved it! Everyone agreed it tasted great, and if we didn't know it was egg-free we would have easily believed it was a regular [very tasty] recipe.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with this bakery. Both of my kids are allergic to egg so it's rare that we are able to get a delicious cake for a special occasion that they can actually eat! I texted the owner about their eggless Black Forest cake and the bakery had it ready for me to pick up, egg free and also peanut free, with personalization on the cake as well. I also want to add that the cake was delicious! Light and not too sweet. Every layer had been soaked with a bit of cherry syrup so that the cherry flavor was present throughout the cake. Every layer was moist and not dry at all. There also weren't think layers of overly sweet frosting. It was also decorated beautifully. We ate almost the entire cake in one sitting. It was so special that we were able to celebrate together as a family with this very special cake that was safe for my kids. Definitely recommend and...
