Bake Zone — Restaurant in Mountainside

I've been using Bake Zone for 20 years now! I used to go there when it was a regular bakery, for the cupcakes for my daughters. Their buttercream icing is TO DIE FOR! It's absolute the best!

We order all our special occasion cakes from them and I have a friend who is gluten free and I buy their icing for her! The best ever was my daughter's baby shower cake, it was a yellow duck theme and the cake had yellow ducks in water! It was adorable! They also did my daughters wedding cake, that was 9 years ago, which was beautiful and it was delivered all the way to The Armory! They've done my families weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, gender reveals...if it's a party and you want a beautifully decorated cake, to your specifications, Bake Zone is the only place to go!

They also have beautiful cakes, pre-made for restaurants you can purchase. The cheese cake is amazing! They have bread, not alot and not all the time. I make sure to purchase a loaf or 2 whenever I'm in there.

Like I said,, their cakes are always fresh, baked to your spefications, absolutely delish and the icing...

Had my cousins baby shower cake made here. Red velvet with cannoli filling and the top cake was yellow cake with lemon curd and fresh strawberries. Soft, Sweet & Delicious . Everyone asked where I had it made. Also I've had their chocolate ganache cake and the Blueberry crumb cake. Everything is great not the fanciest looking place AND NOT OVER PRICED LIKE SOME BAKERIES....

I’ve tried a few cakes from the Bake Zone, and each time it’s a delight. We just celebrated my dad’s birthday and had their chocolate fudge cake which was delicious!
