Ordered from here 09/20/19. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain Keizer roll for my wife. For myself I ordered the platter with egg white and bacon. We open the order my wife’s sandwich had poppy seeds all over it and my egg dish had cheese all over it as well as whole eggs. I had repeated my order 4 times and it was still wrong. I immediately called and they said they can rectify it or reimburse, but because we were going to my brothers wedding we couldn’t turn back. They said they would reimburse me then, but never got it. The Mountainside Deli is a charm! During lunch rush, it's worth the wait. My favorites are the hot turkey sandwiches, italian subs and french onion soup. Other daily specials that are great are the meatloaf, meatball subs and the extra special german potato salad. (You should probably call ahead if you want a lot of that potato salad! It's popular!) The mountainside deli is under new management and it’s better than ever. They have so many new menu options and they’re very delicious. We enjoyed the vegetarian Panini and the pastrami sloppy Joe, which was very authentic to New Jersey and delicious.
