I frequent this location, and with 7 kids have easily spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the past few years of living in this area. I normally get good food here and OKAY service.
Unfortunately I have to tell my story of recent poor service here because it was really over the top in my opinion and people deserve to hear it.
On December 3rd at about 2:15pm I pulled into the drive through. I made my order and pulled around to pay. I paid at window 1 and then pulled up behind a small suv at window 1 to wait my turn. The girl in the window handed a bag of food to the woman in the vehicle in front of me. From the seat of my Suburban I could clearly see into the vehicle in front of me. The woman in the car opened the bag and grabbed out a handful of fries and popped them in her mouth while grabbing a sandwich out of the bag and unwrapped it halfway. It was pretty clear she decided that was not her order as she then started showing the kid in the drive through her receipt. She then stuffed the sandwich back in the bag and handed it back to the associate. They gave her another bag and drove off.
As I pulled up a boy came to the window and picked up the bag and handed it to me. I could see it was most likely the same bag the woman in front of me had dug through. I asked the young man if this was the same bag that they had just been given from inside the previous ladies car. He said yes it is. I said wow that’s really not appropriate and then thought for a second and decided I did not know where her fingers had been before she crammed them into my fries and that I wanted a fresh order.
I said can you please remake this order, I will pull to the third window and wait. As I started to hand the bag back I immediately worried I’d just get the same bag back so I reached into my center council and grabbed the first thing there to mark the bag, it was a pink highlighter. As I handed the bag back with my left hand I quickly drew a small line on the bag with my right.
I pulled all the way around the building and then stopped at window 3, a rarely used waiting window at this location. I was nearly immediately greeted by a scowling young lady (the one who originally made the mistake of handing my order to the wrong car). She nearly threw the crumpled bag into my car as I apologized for some reason and then said thank you she abruptly turned and stomped back into the store. I was concerned that this order came out so fast there was no way it wasn’t the exact same bag, and it was crumpled and looked very handled BUT I did not see the pink mark I’d made on the bag so I checked the order and left. The fries were cold but everything seemed to be there and I was done waiting and complaining for now.
I pulled out and began driving home. About halfway home I started eating some cold fries out of the bag and in doing so I accidentally knocked over the bag and THERE IT WAS!! My pink mark on the bottom of the bag!! I’d somehow got it on the bottom in my rush to mark it!!! AFTER ALL THAT THEY GAVE ME THE SAME BAG BACK!!!
I was too far away to bother returning at that point but immediately tried calling the store to talk to a manager. It had not been very busy there so there was no reason for them to ignore phone calls, but despite attempting to call the store 4 times over the course of the evening no one ever answered and there was not an opportunity to even leave a message. Just a notification that the party was not answering after about 15-20 rings.
I hate leaving bad reviews and I have them the opportunity to remedy my concern but they chose not to answer.
Very disappointed in this location following this incident and causes concern for me with the ethics at this store. If something like this happens when you can see it and call it out, imagine what’s happening that...

First off, the ambiance of this restaurant is amazing! Reminiscent of a Basque Country tapas bar you would find in Bilbao with a modern, industrious twist.
Service was on par with the late Four Seasons in Manhattan: attentive, professional, warm and friendly. The ketchup dispenser was empty and replaced post-haste. The ketchup was more vibrant than a cornucopia full of freshly picked summertime heirloom tomatoes.
The food was spectacular. For a starter we had the chicken mcnuggets. The chicken tasted free range like a good tempura fried chicken you would find in a Kyoto michelin star restaurant. The big mac melted in my mouth. Fresh, vibrant condiments, beef that is better than the Wagyu variety you would find in Tokyo and buns that could be sold in a Parisian bakery. Better fries than what I had at French Laundry! For dessert we opted for the apple pie. It was as good as grandma's! It reminded me of a walk through a beautiful Michigan orchard in the late summer/early fall; perhaps even reminiscent of an evening autumnal bonfire. I should add I've never had such good coca-cola outside of the coke factory in Atlanta! The only disappointment is that their version of Grand Marnier, known as high-c orange, has been phased out of service.
Highly recommend to us by one of our chef friends, we now see why people pilgrimage to this establishment. We will be returning soon! We even made reservations at your location in Beaune during our next Burgandy wine tour. Thank you again Mcdonald's staff of beloved...
Read moreNo Stars. 6/19/2022 6:25pm. 1) Couldn't hear the order takers voice. Made ordering very difficult. Very nice girl but quiet. 2) I ordered a plain double hamburger, no cheese, nothing on it. I checked it before we drove off and it had cheese on it. I told the girl that it needs to be plain, no cheese, nothing on it, 2 hamburger patties and a bun. She comes back and hands me the same burger with cheese on it. I said "no, there is cheese on this. I need a double hamburger, no cheese, nothing on it." She comes back, has an attitude. "Here is your burger per your request." then I tell her "I'm missing a medium french fries." She leaves the window, comes back, and says drive to the third window. I drive to the third window, waited for 5 minutes. I then go inside. I told the guy at the counter, I was waiting for a medium fries. He asked if I was waiting for fresh ones. I said no I just need a medium frie. He said well there is some here already done. I said I was told to go to the third window for a medium frie that was already done? I asked him his name (I will not post name on here) and also asked him the girls name at the window (that told me to go to the third window) (she had a smug smile on her face while listening to this conversation) he said "I dont know her name" and asked me in a rude manner "what, are you going to go to Corporate?" and I said yes. I was walking away and he yelled "its franchise owned." I definitely wrote a complaint and will never return to...
