My family has loved this place since it first opened its doors here! The games are fun to play, the jungle jim area is only $5 per child per day to play! if you have nothing to do and want something cheap to do you can go there sit down at the tables pay $5 a child they can play all day from open to close and not even want to play a game. My 4 year old son loves the jungle jim area and never leaves that spot until we go home. They have a machine on the floor for convenience to add money on to ur card or to even check ur token count and not have to wait in line. They also have great prizes to win and the tokens per item arent that outrageous. The restaurant in there is also amazing with great food and service. I went there on Mother's day to have fun with my husband and kids not knowing my meal was free for mother's day! We had a great waitress. she was an lovely older women with short blondish hair( cant remember her name) she was so nice and also very funny. She was very quick and our meals were amazing! They also have indoor bowling area and an outside mini golf area that is huge and very well taken care of! all around a fun place to take ur children or even just a date with the hubby or boyfriend. Also a couple years ago we had my daughters birthday party there that was also great and the manager checked in to make sure the girl we had Appointed to run our party was doing what needed done. Every time My family goes there the manager is always there. She works so hard. She is very polite if there is ever any issues she lissen to her customers and does her best to fix the situation as best to ability. not sure what her name is either but she has a shorter spikey hair cut and her hair is a redish brown color. She is pretty tall and skinny. Most definitely will be returning like usual to support this...
Read moreThis place was the worst restaurant (as they have it advertised) I've ever been to. A couple of my friends and I went to watch some of the football games and have a few beers. We waited for 10 minutes before WE had to ask to get a beer. After seeing that there was not a lot of people in there ( I counted six people) we all asked if we could get the games that we wanted to watch on the televisions at the bar so we weren't turned around facing the opposite way the entire time. The manager who was working the floor very rudely stated "No because people are sitting in certain chairs watching the games they want." AS THERE WAS NOONE FACING THE BAR EXCEPT US.... By that time there was 4 people left in there all facing away from the bar and none seemed to be watching the games anyway seeing how they were going in and out taking their kids to play games. The four people that were in there eating had to come up and ask for a check or any condiments they wanted since the manager and other employees were standing around eating, talking, not caring about YOUR service. To top it off, every time we finished a beer (which was only 3 due to the horrible bartender) we waited 10-20 minutes before WE had to ask to get a new one every time because the bartender was eating at the bar in front of us talking with her friend on how badly this place sucks. Didn't have the food but based on the service and attitude of everyone that works in there I'm assuming it sucked as well. My friends and I will never return to this place. Employees, Manager, and Service is a JOKE. Don't waste your money...
Read moreHoopa's, may I call you Hoopa's? Anywho, I have been going here since they had those turny clicky counter things so, I'd say I've got some experience. First the entrance is very cool with the mini room. I went there recently and I have found that games are much more expensive. They used to have very cheap games making my 5 dollar card last me an hour. Nowadays I find that you need at least 10 dollars to last you 45 minutes. The prize choice and price is the outright best if any arcade I have been to. As a kid I could get a slippery tube thing, a tattoo and a spider ring or lollipop all with my 5 dollar card. The mini golf is the best in the area and well maintained. The staff does a very good job weeding the perimeter. The courses stay at a consistent difficulty and are easy for kids to complete with minimal cheating and finagling. The food is also incredible. The hostess we had most recently was exceptionality helpful during our visit. The boneless wings are the best ones for the price in our area. The pizza is also undoubtedly yummy. The ice cream is also very good and cheap. But I never know if it's open because no one ever is at the counter. Maybe consider putting someone there or a sign so we know it's open. That is...
