The only reason I found out about this place is because they have their baked goods at Fusion Brew in Normal, IL. I’m not exactly sure how you found your way all the way down here in the middle of the state but I’m glad you did. I need both dairy free and gluten-free and I rarely get to eat any desserts because of this. I was so happy to see your cookies and your Whoopie pie at Fusion Brew!! Now I have been stopping to pick either a cookie or a Whoopie pie, or both up more often than I normally would stop into that coffee shop! 🤣 the Whoopie pie is amazing and a very nice treat. Finding gluten free food that tastes good is hard enough but gluten free AND vegan that tastes good is near impossible! I'm not even vegan and Holcomb Hollow's sweets are my absolute favorite! They're so good, even my non-gluten free and non-vegan sister loves it! The amount of options, unique flavors and new products they introduce at every pop up sale and Farmer's Market is amazing and you can find their products at numerous coffee shops!
