I am a regular at hit zipper order atleast once a week. I order the same thing a pan BBQ chicken pizza, I order and the first pizza is a buffalo pan pizza. They remake, second pizza is a thin crust BBQ. Remind you this is not the first time this has happened, two weeks prior I had the same mistake but ate it anyways because I don't like to cause trouble I just wanted my food. I spoke with a lady at the register who told me I was wrong, I ordered wrong, I didn't even know what I ordered etc. I tell her to please stop talking to me, she keeps talking, I ask her again stop talking to me. She walks in back. The owner comes out and asks me what do u want me to do about this I took the order and repeated it to you. So she repeated it and they still made the wrong pizza, maybe something's wrong with the cooks? I ask for a refund and ask again because she insists I ordered this wich I order the same thing almost every week. She refunds my card I go back to work and she walks into my place of work, at this point I'm helping customers again and she runs up to make and tells me never to talk to her emotes like that ever, you don't don't my emotes to shut up, and I said I never told your employee to shut up I told her to stop talking to me because she had very poor service skills from the start. All I wanted was my money back for the pizza I never got. She tries to make a scene in front of my customers and walks out. I call her after work and ask her for an apology for coming into my business and trying to start something. She in no way shape or form was going to give an apology so freaks out tells me I ordered wrong and I'm an indecent person??? For what?!? I wanted a refund for your mistake and she can't even admit to it. This is not the first poor experience I or one of my friends have had at hitz, would I recommend it. I would recommend not going and saving yourself some frustration. If I could give it lower then one...

The mobile app (Eat24) does not mention ANY of the specials offered that are offered if orders are placed over the phone. (For example, if an order is placed over the phone on certain days all pizzas are half-price. On the other hand, on certain days half-price pizza IS NOT offered on the Eat24 mobile app. Pizzas are always the full price on the mobile app. The only reason I know this is because after I placed my order for pizza and other items on the Eat24 mobile app--the manager called to tell me that orders placed over the phone for pizza are half price. The manager did not offer a discount for the price difference between the pizza price on the mobile app and the pizza price for a phone order.)
In addition, the sandwich I ordered off the mobile app offered a substitution for french fries--loaded mashed potatoes with cheese. I selected the loaded mashed potatoes with cheese and was then given an option of tater tots. When I went to go pick up the order I was given tater tots with melted cheese--no mashed potatoes. I did not discover this until after I had gotten home and unbagged the food. I called and brought this to the attention of the manager, and I was offered a $3.00 credit towards a future order. The $3.00 credit is an insult. Keep it. I...
Read moreOur experience at Hitz was truly awful. I don’t say this lightly—please avoid eating there. Aside from the fact that our server never informed us that the pizza oven had broken, we ordered a salad, which had several long hairs in it. Jeff, the manager, treated us with the utmost disrespect and blamed the hairs on us instead of taking responsibility.
After we raised concerns about the dirty food, another manager offered to cover our bill and asked us to leave. To our shock, she later lied to her boss, claiming we had left without paying, and they had the audacity to call the police! The police even showed up at our home because of the manager’s lie to cover up the fact that she had offered to pay our bill. Eight witnesses, including other customers, can confirm that the manager promised to take care of it.
What a way to celebrate my mother's birthday—with the police involved in a situation at a restaurant we had trusted for decades. They will undoubtedly lose a lot of business and their connection to the local community....
