The service was unusually slow with not many cars in the parking lot and only one other car going through the drive-thru during visit. I ordered 3 chicken taco supremes and Taco Bell Hot sauce. When it was handed to me, my bag felt light but since I was driving, I did not check the contents until I arrived home. To my disappointing surprise, there were no tomatoes nor sour cream on any of the tacos (nor were there any hot sauces). I figured someone made a mistake and fixed regular chicken tacos rather than supremes; disappointing but not a horrible experience. To raise the ante though, the last taco only had a single piece of chicken (see picture). This was completely unacceptable. I called and spoke to the manager on duty - "Madison" - who offered to refill the order for free. Not living in close proximity to the restaurant, I thanked Madison for the gesture. I don't believe I was able to impress upon Madison the level of ineptness that had to be involved with her employee(s) that would send out an order in such a fashion. Read moreWe go there pretty regularly since it's close, and the service is 50/50, depending on the day. Today when I got home, I was shocked to see that my cinnamon twists were almost empty.
I know, they don't cost much, but that's not the point. I paid for them and this is like the 3rd time they have screwed them up in a row. Last time I asked for extra cinnamon, so they gave me no cinnamon - they are inedible that way and just taste like old grease. The time before they forget them in my order completely. This time, they only put like 5 twists in the bag, which left it almost empty. Did they think I was asking them to give me their own personal food? Like, come on! Look at this bag! It's literally ridiculous. Taco bell doubled their process, and now you have staff cutting the portions by more than half in many cases.
I'm just recommending that this location just try to be more consistent. The staff are sometimes great and other staff seem to hate their job or act like the costumers are asking them to serve them from their own kitchens. Please stop being...
Read moreI went to Taco Bell yesterday around 2am. Ordered our food, and the girl that was taking the order was doing ok. Once we pulled around to pay. The lady that was taking our order switched places with her manager. And this lady (April) had the worst attitude ever. We get our food and of course the order was wrong. So literally 2 mins later I call to tell her that she had made a mistake and she claimed she was short staffed which is no excuse. I tried to explain to her that she put regular chips in my bag when I ordered the naked chicken chips. She proceeded to raise her voice. Stating that I need my receipt to get the order replaced. Even though she knew who I was. The reasoning behind me writing this is due to respect. Her actions caused me to want ALL of my money back, and never return there again.
