I've used this Domino's the last 4 years I've lived here. On Halloween, they were running the promotion for the emergency pizza. I ordered, was quoted 8-13 minutes. Show up 45 minutes later and my pizza has not even been put in the oven. The store was already packed full of angry people. So I asked them to void my order and left. I figured this would also void my emergency pizza order, so a few days later I made a new order. Never received the promotion. Neither has my partner, who did not have the cancel the order. The online customer service option didn't get me very far.
Since I didn't have my emergency pizza, I PAID for one tonight. I order a New York Style pizza, get it (late again) and it's not even a New York Style Pizza. Again. I resort to the online customer service, which wants you to provide every single detail about the store before you can move forward. Used the option it provides to lookup the store, and went to input the info. But they offer no reasonable option to select a store, so you have to press the back button and it deleted all the progress I had spent trying to complain. Not to mention, they charge for pepper and cheese now. Domino's is a joke. I'll pay for Jets which is better quality down the street and doesn't screw up...

Yesterday we placed a very simple $20 order of 2 pizzas with an almost $10 tip. This is commonplace for our Saturday night dinner and typically we have no issues. The driver rang our gate code and after 20 minutes we still had no pizza. My husband had just gotten home after working almost 16 hours hoping dinner would be getting there at the same time. You can imagine his surprise when he checked the tracker that said delivered. I called the store manager who told me the driver dropped my pizza off by the front door - obviously not otherwise I wouldn't be calling to say it wasn't there. (For a 50% tip/you have one job you'd think they would check the address a little better.) The manager was very nice and I received a full refund plus new pizza. However, the new pizza was cold, sloppy, and carelessly made. I watched the driver for the new pizzas slam them down in front of my door, bang on the door like they paid rent here, and then kick my sauce cup down the breezeway. I didn't know children were allowed to have a job let alone a driver's license to deliver pizza š¤ I'll just drive to...

F.W.I i live about ³/ā“ of a mile away from the store itself, i called and finally got a human on the phone and after a good 15 mins on hold, while he "searched" for my order?!?! š¤¦āāļø he came back on the phone and started claiming that my order was STILL waiting to be picked up by the delivery driver, keep in mind, we pay extra for the delivery for convenience, if its not convenient, why am i paying extra money?!?! š and here it is almost two hours later and i STILL havent received my order, the gentleman on the phone did NOT offer any reassurances, or way to fix anything! I asked to speak to a manager and claimed hed have to look around for one. Look i understand when were shorthanded or dont have decent help, but my food has been just sitting there for 90 minutes š whose gonna wanna pay much less eat this cold food im still waiting on??? Treat your customers better!! If theres a problem, then offer a solution. Instead of just denying yalls own screw...
