I went to the Dunkin on Rutherford Blvd. earlier and ordered a hot coffee. Not only was the coffee extremely old, but when I took my lid off there were several different particles of some sort floating on top so naturally I went back through the drive thru and I asked politely if she wouldn't mind making a fresh pot of coffee and I explained why. Well I handed her the coffee back so she could see for herself that there was clearly several things floating in my coffee. Anyway she takes my cup and instead of throwing it away she dump's out the coffee and shakes the cup and proceeds to refill the same old dirty cup with old, cold coffee from the same pot she used to make the first cup with. She then passes it out the window to me w no lid on it as she's coughing. (I still had the lid from the first cup of coffee) by this time I'm just disgusted so I handed the second cup of coffee back to the employee and kindly asked for a refund and the employee was very rude to me. After a few minutes I finally got my money back. On average I visit Dunkin donuts about 4-5 times a day seven days a week w out fail and I have visited this Dunkin donuts multiple times and this wasn't the only time I've been unsatisfied but this is the first time I've ever made a complaint and the reason I'm making one now is bcuz the employee was very rude and she never once apologized to me and she made it seem as if I were interrupting her and the other employees conversation. Both times that I went through the drive thru they were all standing around talking to one another. I usually visit the Dunkin on memorial Blvd. And I strongly recommend the memorial location. The employees are very friendly and the food is great and the coffee is always fresh. The service at this location is fantastic. I will never visit the Rutherford Blvd location in mboro tn. ever again. I think some of the employees there need to be trained better and supervised alot more. They need to learn how to be polite and respectful to their customers. They also need to know that you're not suppose to reuse a dirty cup when remaking a coffee. Also the employees at this location have a hard time keeping up with fresh coffee. They will not remake a fresh pot no matter how long it has been sitting until it's empty. Every employee I have seen working there tonight looked as if they hated their job. They were just so miserable looking. The worst part about that is I have to stand there for 15 minutes and NOT even one employee acknowledges that I am standing there. This morning stood there for 10 minutes no one said anything. I said excuse me 3 times I was ignored.
