Rude & unprofessional customer service. The man rushed my order & didn’t fully listen to my order as I was telling him it. I told him I wanted a gyro & added with the melted cheese on the grill (which is what I always get and I’ve been here a few times). He makes my gyro and forgets to add the American cheese to the grill & doesn’t anything about it after I mentioned it & reminded him I asked. He attempts to add another cheese, which I said no & asked if he could add the melted cheese on the grill, which I asked for, & they were unwilling to do this. I was tempted to just walk out right then and there but I didn’t & just took the L. Looking back, I should have not tolerated that type of service. That will be my last time going there & I will not be bringing any of my friends or family there again nor will I recommend anyone to go there again, as I unashamedly have done in the past, not again. Poor customer service & often rude when I am there. I was clearly unsatisfied & they did not care at all, which is unacceptable for a professional business, especially considering I didn’t do or say anything rude, but only pointed out that they didn’t add the cheese in as I initially asked. I haven’t felt this disappointed or disrespected in a long time, considering it’s the closest gyro shop near me, but lesson learned; find another one that will treat you with dignity...

Let's Greek out for a moment! Since I'm a real estate agent (Team Biehn) I'm always out and about going to different places to try the great local food and support our local businesses. Today I tried out Kitchen Way Greek Grill. As a bonus, they're family-owned too!
What I ate: Gyro Platter Price paid: $8.50 Wait time: As long as it took the meat to cook. I'd say about 8 minutes.
I felt like for the price I got a lot of food and great flavors. I was nervous because I haven't had too much Greek food before, so thought it might overpower in herbs, but the blend ended up being just right for my palette!
