Waffle House — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Arrived and found some open seats at the bar type table right by register. They were a little busy, so after ten minutes of no one coming by and acknowledging us I didn't think much of it, then a woman came in to pick up to-go order and one of the workers got her cashed out and t taken care of and she sat down next to us waitimg for her food. We still hadn't been spoke to acknowledged anything.... Now it's like 20 minutes.... And the same woman came up to girl waitimg on her to-go food and asked if she would like a water or some thing while she waited.... And still nothing!! All the workers would just walk past us over amd over and help everyone but u s! I started getting pissed... And we really had a craving for waffle house so with the menus that were already there when we arrived I looked up the other locations number and called them and made a to-go order with them. They told me5-10 minutes... And still no one ever come up and asked if we needed any thing of that it may be a while there show or anything!!! We sat th ere for a total of 45 minutes!! Thenwe left and went to other location and got our food and ate... But the staff at this location are AWFUL! NO CUSTOMER S E RVICE EXPERIENCE FOR SURE! I...

Waffle House, in general, is great, always loved it. My fiance and I went for lunch on a Sunday (12ish) I understood that it would be busy. The doorman, Terry, got us in a few chairs at the bar pretty quickly.

After we ordered, an argument broke out between a server, Mariah, and Terry, the doorman. It was loud, about stealing tips, and having them argue across the bar, next to where you are sitting, all makes for an extremely uncomfortable situation.

After receiving the bulk of our order, except for waffles, we only recieved one out of two waffles. We keep trying to get our waitress, and it seemed so chaotic in there, we were invisible. After flagging her down, another waitress offers to get it. She gets the waffle, which is already plated, from UNDERNEATH a stack of dirty plates, doesn't even give it a second thought. GOOD GOD, that is how you make people sick!!

All in all, everytime we've been to this SPECIFIC location, South Rutherford Blvd, servers have been arguing with each other, hanging out with friends there, on their phone, or just flat out ignoring us, or, my favorite, unearths your food from underneath other plates. Where is the...

Day time this place is spot on. We went tonight at 10:45 big mistake. We were greeted, that was nice. However the servers and cook staff could not stop yelling at the top of their lungs, cussing so much my 15 year old said “ OMG they are wild I would hate to work here” I mean a 15 year old have enough sense to know that when you have 5 tables, 3 people at the bar, you could possibly stop cussing so loud that people were literally stopping eating to look over at the staff. While the server said “ this is Waffle House y’all, 3rd Shift, it should be expected” Glad that is what is to be expected from this Waffle House after breakfast hours. I mean really? The 2nd day guy that was “training” serving was getting broke in right I guess. The head cook actually walked over to the bar, and said “ did they screw it up too bad? I’m training these 2 over here and wanted to make sure it wasnt horrible” just wow. With 2 servers on our table , 1 was training and they never even ask if we wanted a refill to 2 of 3 empty glasses on the table. I guess that is 3rd Shift at Waffle House and that is what is to be expected. Good luck with that… sad and...
