Hardee’s — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

This Hardees has been pretty good in the past. Ordered a breakfast platter today, which was missing hash rounds. That's not the big issue. The big issue was placing a piece of sausage that appeared to have already been bitten, into the platter. The other problem I have is the low quality chicken they use, similar to Zaxbys. They must slaughter the chickens too young, so it comes out stringy and disgusting. I've seen the issue on chicken tenders and sandwiches/biscuits. Find a better quality chicken supplier. ‐----------- Spoke with Morgan the GM and she was nice and explained the sausage may have crumbled when they cooked it. She offered to replace our meal, which was nice. I mentioned the problem with the chicken quality and maybe they can get some traction to find a better supplier. When my mom and I went to get breakfast this mornin, the child working the register was very rude and disrespectful to my mom we ordered our food with drinks and when went over to get our drinks all of the fountain machines had zero carbonation and when my mom and were talking about it she said oh I should have told you the soda machine was down didn’t offer any replacement drinks or substitutions or anything when we opened out food y mom had an issue with her order and went to communicate the issue and the girl at the register was like “the manager made your food you can talk to him about it if you have an issue with it” I told one of the other employees that I would like to speak to the manager and explained to him I didn’t think it was appropriate the way that girl at the register was communicating and that it definitely wasn’t good...

When I pulled in to the parking lot at this Hardee's all three handicap spots were available including the one for wheelchair lift vans. They did not have very many cars in the parking lot so I decided to go inside. I ordered it the bacon Frisco burger combo Plus in order of onion rings. I got my drink and went to the table in my wheelchair and when my food was ready the clerk brought it up to me. Everything was very good. The onion rings were nice and hot and fresh and the fries were so hot it burned my finger the first time I touched one. I ordered my sandwich with extra onion and extra pickle and they put plenty on. All in all everything I ate was very good and I enjoyed it. I probably will return to this restaurant and see if their food is as good the next time as it...
