Oscar's Taqueria Express — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I love the food here and often order but tonight I had to order multiple times, with the cashier not understanding, after repeating my order 4 times and got my name wrong. I picked it up and the order was wrong. I called back to try and get the burrito that was made wrong remade and she couldn't understand what I'm saying. so now I've gotta drive back and wait for the burrito that would have been right the first time if there wasn't a language barrier. I don't think everyone that lives here needs to speak English, but if your job is to talk to people and take orders you really need...

When this store first started it was fantastic! However it's has just been So Nasty the last several times I've ordered. NOTHING MORE THEN A GLORIFIED TACO BELL at a much higher price. They also nickel and dime you here. The online ordering is Impossible and greatly Sucks!! The food isn't freshly cooked. They serve you with what's been sitting there. It's how they are quick. Taco salad shell is stale, chicken is hard and has a funky sauce on it, refried beans tasted funny, was paste like and had a wired...

Customer service was great but was kinda upset with the California Burrito with added shrimp I ordered yesterday. I usually get it from Oscar's on memorial or SoCal so I was excited there was an Oscar's closer to me. But this wasn't the Cali Burrito I'm use to. There was hardly any steak and the steak that was on there was dry and cooked so long it was hard. And literally had small 3 shrimp😐. I'll probably try that location one more time on a different day to see if...
