Hardee’s — Restaurant in Murphysboro

Third visit, where something was left out my order was my last review

Went again after passing it for over a year. I thought we are past pandemic times. Maybe their better....

The inside, was dirty. The tabletops visibly sticky, and unsanitary One table has smeared catsup Another had an over spilled drink, also sticky.

The food ordered was a double burger and I got chicken strips The cost was 41.88 I stood, in shock. Asking HOW is that possible The actual CASHIER said "cuz it's Hardee's and our stuff is retardedly expensive"

The cashier. The employee, said that.

Took the food to a table. Went back, said the table was really dirty. I thought they would wipe it down No, he handed me napkins Not water, or sanitation wipe, or a towel No. Six napkins so I just covered the table with them to put my food down The fries were the wrong style/size. I went back up. Told them. I went, ate the chicken. And my friend ate their burger By the time we were finished, still no fries brought over. Complained about this and the cashier said he hasn't realized I wanted more fries. I stayed I in fact just wanted the right size and style and he said "oh ok, sorry I misunderstood" And stood there.

I guess it wasn't the pandemic that made me skip going to Hardee's And I guess the pandemic taught them nothing about wiping tables or cleaning up in general

Definitely will not be back in the future.

Oh, and saying "it's RETARDEDLY EXPENSIVE HERE" From an employee?

They messed up my order, didn't give me a large meal (hash rounds) and had an extra order of hashroinds with the sandwich ordered. I went inside and told them the meal was supposed to be a large I can pay, and that I was missing a large hashrounds. The girl called her manager over and told her that I didn't get my whole order and the (apparent) GM was very rude, made a "then I'll just give you a large hashrounds) and put em in the bag rooling her eyes and just whole body language was just terrible and she all but threw them at me and walked away without saying a word. I asked the young girl her name and she was just repeating "she's the GM" I asked her name it is Chrissy. She was so rude when I asked her name. I've been a store manager before and I am here to tell you: I would never have an employee who felt she could talk with someone like this. Or axrblike that. And I may have gotten my missed order, but my brother still didn't get the large order of hashrounds and she only gave us the one. I had my receipt in hand and she didn't care about anything. Will not eat at this...
