I really want to give this place a 5, but there are a few big issues that it has :(. The food here- the taste- is no problem; getting it, however, is. I have been the only person inside this restaurant on multiple occasions, only to have to wait a minimum of 15 minutes or more for my food. On top of that, the staff in this establishment is hit or miss. Some days they are very nice and professional, behind the counter or in the back. Other days, they are professional at the counter and wild in the back, to the point of yelling profanities at each other regularly. I can deal with the professionalism issue with no problem. My main concern is the wait time on the food. When I went the other day, it was almost as if the staff had forgotten me. Anyways, the food here is really good, and if you can wait a little while and deal with the staff acting a little silly, this is the place for you. Good for solo or groups. :)
Update: went in today (August 18th) and this place has somehow gotten worse. Along with the service, the food isn't that great either. Freshly made, our food came already cold. In addition to that, our order was wrong and some of the food didn't even come and we had to go ask for it. It's not like they are swamped or too busy to help either. There weren't any cars that I could see in the drive through and there were 3 people in the main restaurant part besides us. I won't lie, I love DQ, but this is ridiculous. I think that since this place was built, I've had good service here...

Tonight was my last time stopping by this Dairy Queen location. This place is the perfect example of what you DO NOT want to do with your restaurant! It has very young, inexperienced, immature, rude, and did I mention useless workers?!
I have tried for months to get a decent maybe even mediocre meal at this location. I'm done trying. They are always out of gravy but sure maybe there is a shortage at this location? This location is so crummy they don't even turn their lights on in the evening. So good luck if you want to see their menu! Best to bring a flashlight .
Just shut this location down Dairy Queen... it will be easier. You're responses are so generic that I think you would be better just responding with a more blunt approach. Generally you say, "Sorry please give us another chance!". What you should say is, "We don't care. We will not try any harder to improve and that's that."
Bottom line don't go here. Rude, rude, rude employees and terrible service, and terrible food if they do...
Read moreFEB 25TH, 2021 my grand daughter wanted a ice cream after school. After arriving at the muscle Shoals location it took a while before anyone came to the register to take our order. Then they were more worried who was in drive-through to talk with. Finally after we got our ice cream we had to find a booth that wasn't dirty and the one we sat at I had to wipe the table. The workers there had their kids wondering around the place, no mask, in and out the doors, while we was trying to have a peaceful conversation. One kid was yelling at his Moma about his cell phone and the atmosphere was just chaos. I then looked around and the floor had not been cleaned in a while..stuff, food was all over it. The bathroom was terrible and was so glad to get away from those yelling kids with no mask. Wont be back and I will make sure everyone I know won't either if this is how you run a restaurant. It's not a day care or no rules for workers kids ..maybe you need to evaluate what's happening in your Dairy queen before nobody comes back by...
