This was my first time visiting Tennessee Valley Nutrition. I had hoped to become a returning customer, but unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit.
I ordered the fruit bowl, and while I can say the fruit was fresh, the overall experience was disappointing. The bowl did not taste good, and I have had better elsewhere. It certainly was not worth the seven dollars I paid.
The service was also poor. The young lady at the counter did not greet me or speak much at all, which made the interaction feel awkward. When I asked for a spoon for my bowl, she mentioned they were out in the open, but none were available. She eventually checked under the cabinet and informed me that they were out of spoons altogether.
It was strange, especially considering I arrived early in the morning. After commuting for an hour, by the time I was able to eat, the bowl had become runny.
