Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

I ordered pizza at 2 PM and by 3 PM It hadn't arrived. I called the manager and asked if the order was going to be there anytime soon she replied yes the drivers on my way I'll be there any minute. I called back 10 minutes later got the same response so I waited, again I called back and she apologized and promised the driver was on the way, this goes on for about two hours finally I called back and she said the driver was back at the store and couldn't find our house . Keep in mind I order pizza from the place once a week usually. And my house my address hasnt changed . She also said the driver tried to call me although I have the phone right next to me and never missed a call. Absolutely horrible service !!!!! Please do yourself a favor and...

Do not and I mean do not order online. Cause if your order is screwed up. They will not fix it. Cause they say they can't Cause you order it online. I spent 60.00 on out meal. I ordered bbq Hawaii pizza. Cause I can't to eat there sauce Cause of my stomach. And the Manger said she could not fix it cause I order online. If you offer to place orders online then you should be able to fix it. But told me I could pay for another freaking pizza when I just spend 60.00 on what I got. Naw I don't think so.
