Brung in a 6th gen apple ipad. When I told him I would like to get it repaired he said it was probably the battery. He did not give me a price just said I will give you good price. I decided I was going to look around at other store and get a price comparison. I got in contact with apple who told me they could do the repair for $99. So I contacted him back after a few days of him not reaching out to ask what’s going on with the repair. He then told me it was going to be $145 for the repair. I told him I found some where cheaper that would do it for $99, he then said he would price match. A week later he told me to come pick up the iPad he cannot repair it. My foster puppies thought my phone (Samsung Ultra 22) was a toy, so when it fell out of my pocket, they played with their " new toy". My phone, which I loved, would ring but the screen was yellow and black. I thought I would have to buy a new expensive phone but after talking to my service store, I learned a new model was coming out in a month so no phones! If you need a repair go here! I took my iPhone 7s here because it wouldn't charge. Found out the charger port was completely dysfunctional which was what I kinda expected. He replaced the entire charger port for about $75. I went home and my phone was having trouble connecting to the wifi. My laptop, Xbox, and tablet device were all working fine so I took the iPhone back and explained the problem. The man kindly offered to order another charger port and replace it free of charge.
