NOT SAFE FOR GLUTEN-FREE

Will NOT come back here. Says they can accommodate gluten allergies but can't even tell you what flavors are gluten-free. My total came to $9.20, so I gave him 10.20 and got no change back. Weird, but okay. Then, when it came time to get the kids' cone and cup, they messed them up entirely. I'm not sure how it even has one star at this point. It's definitely a life choice I regret 😬

I had the amount wrong, it was $10.20 NOT $20.20. That was a mistake and it has been corrected in my review.

Since I have Celiac Disease, I do tend to post about gluten-free options regularly. So yeah, you'll see posts about it 🤷‍♀️. Your staff isn't knowledgeable about gluten-free at all. It's a blatant lie that they offered multiple options. They literally said you didn't have any gluten-free options. I was the one asking questions. They were scrambling to find some sheet of paper, but at no point gave options. I asked about Hudsonville being served there, they said it was an option, but then proceeded to tell us they weren't gluten-free options 🤦‍♀️. So we decided at that point that it wasn't a safe place to eat at. So we just ordered ice cream for the two toddlers that were with us.

The order you're speaking of, that's not our order. We never ordered any turtle ice cream cone. Although I did send the ice cream back we were given both times because they were wrong. I did NOT at any point consume any product from your establishment. And oh how I wish it only took 6 minutes total there. It's not my cup of tea and that's okay. We had a bad experience here! The kids that were working were unhelpful and 1 said "I need to go home" we got there at 9:30 & didn't get our ice cream until 10! My sister in law got 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip, ordered it in a waffle cone and got 2 scoops on a regular cone, picture below. She asked for her waffle cone and she told her you didn't order one then she said "I can't deal with this right now" & gave her a waffle cone. They gave her a cup that did not even fit the ice cream. She asked for a bigger cup and she told her she didn't have one. The girl ended up coming out with a cup she said she found in the storage room. My brother in laws cone had so much ice cream on it it fell off. My ice cream was not what I ordered either. I ordered a flurrie with peanut butter & reeses pieces and it was reeses peanut cups not pieces and no peanut butter. My husband's was fine a chocolate malt. Extra large portions but terrible service! They never cleaned the tables off between...

Of course I got my puppy a doggy sundae ice cream with a doggy bone on top, I hear it's absolutely delicious.

There's usually a very long line for this ice cream place. The line is generally out the driveway and it goes down the street. You can also go to the walk-up window there's not a ton of parking spots maybe fifteen other than that good luck that's the price of a good ice cream cone.

There is a playground facility for the kids to play on. There is also a deck with chairs and benches for you to eat your ice cream. Dogs are welcome. This ice cream facility is about a 3 minutes from lake Michigan. Popular destination to grab your ice cream and take a drive around the lake. The portion sizes are large. Average pricing....
