Talk about a new look, the Reconstruction of the building inside is beautiful. This credit Union just got a full remodel it is very welcoming there is a place for your kids to play there is also a restroom for customers.

I have been using this credit Union for quite some time now, they have been with me through the good and the bad.

I had a little incident on Facebook where I got hacked and from doing so my bank account became corrupt. I've brought it to the attention of Lakeshore Federal credit Union there was no hesitation to fix the issue. After a small investigation they ended up confirming that my bank account was hacked through Facebook and they reimbursed me the money which was missing. I was very happy to say the least.

Both when I called ahead and when I visited to open new accounts, I was impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. Lexi was the young lady who assisted me and my wife. She had a good grasp of the process and the forms. She answered our questions in an easy to understand manner. And when she didn't know the answer, she didn't guess. She simply said she didn't know. And promptly sought the assistance of a colleague....
