Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Muskogee

Who is running this location? We’ve tried this place multiple times to just give them a chance. The food is always messy and sometimes cold and I’m not talking about the ice cream. There’s been a few times I ordered a shake and it was melted. We ordered 6 cherry limeades and they were horrible! We couldn’t even stomach them they were sour with absolutely no flavor.

We went inside one night for ice cream and there were about 10 employees running around with absolutely no organization. The kitchen was a hot mess and nasty, employees were not using gloves handling food, I saw a few employees touching their pants, the trash can, some dirty thing on the floor to use the shake machine without gloves and never washed their hands and was touching food!!!

After getting our ice cream we waited at the register for almost 10 minutes. No one let us pay. So we sat down since we had a kid and a baby to eat because our ice cream was melting. We finished our food and went back up to pay and had to call on someone to even help us.

This place needs some direction from Chick Fil A.

Also customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and other times the people are so rude it makes you have a bad day!

I can't imagine someone as disinterested in anything more than the person taking my order thought the box. I had to correct the order a few times. 2 double cheese burgers and coke thats it. She litterally got everything wrong on the first go. We made the corrections for the combos and I noticed that I didn't have the edit for the sauces "that's fine" I'm not picky. And I already want to run from this cause I could feel the pure animosity coming though the speaker. I can understand hating working in fast food but I just want two burger. When I gave my money it was like I did something to offend her. I kept blaming myself wanting to apologize. I must of done something! I got my card and she looked past me into the night and said good bye to the trees as I said thank you. I moved to the next window and watched a large man handle my food oka ygot my bag of burgers and went home. I live close but as soon as I opened them I could tell not an ounce of heat, cheese still cold from the fridge but the lettuce was warm and each one missing a patty.

Braum's use to be a good place for a great hamburger. I'm not sure what has happened. They have gotten like all of the other burger place's. They all now have a house sauce that they insist on putting on everything they sell. On this visit i requested that i didn't want their special sauce because i don't much care for it. I requested mustard and may-o with all of the vegetables on my burger. When i received my food it looked like it was thrown together just to get me out of the way so they could get to the next dollar, like places are getting. I took a bite of my burger and it didn't taste all that good but it sure didn't taste like it would kill me so i ate it. The vegetables didn't taste like they were freshly sliced. I'm very let down by Braum's. When i would go out of state for months i couldn't wait to get back to Oklahoma to get me a Braum's burger.
