Subway — Restaurant in Muskogee

Ordered from this store tomite and my order was wrong and all ingredients fell off of it as soon as I unwrapped it. Called the store and talked to the young man and he told that he would remake it. I went up there to get my sandwich and had pictures of the first sandwich. Than the lady that was there started problems with me and did nothing but fight and argue with me. Than preceeded to tell me that they want the sandwich back. So my bf brought the sandwich back for the second time and no where is the second sandwich right either. Let me tell you, Not. That. Great! I feel awful for the workers here. The service itself was fine. The workers diligent, but what ruined my day had to have been the manager that runs the place. When I tell you there were clear signs of her being drunk. I mean it. I was VERY uncomfortable and have 0 intention of ever coming back. The mistreatment her staff endures is unbelievable. I used to love this Subway because of how handy it is to my house and easy to grab. However the last two times I’ve been the employees have been sitting on the curb right in front of the door smoking. I didn’t even get out of my vehicle. Workers shouldn’t be smoking at the front door where people are trying to walk in and order food. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has witnessed this...
