Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muskogee

I usually go to the store in wagoner, but i tried this location 3 times this month. the first 2 times they forgot half my order and this third time I waited 35 minutes in drive through with only 1 person in front of me. I thought maybe it was a large order, but it turned out to be one really small bag.

When I got to the window I didnt complain. I didn't get upset, i just wanted my food and i was ready to go home... the cashier refused to try my card because the card had a crack in it. I understand if it just doesn't go through, but to not even try the card is just disrespectful. ended up going to the subway next door and of course the card went through on the first try like always.

this location hasn't been good for a few years now. i've been told they cant take orders anymore 45 minutes before closing. I have been told that the store is in the middle of an update and I have to wait to order (which is fine I understand that part) then i was told to leave while it was updating. that i wasn't allowed to wait for it to finish. I have been told to just straight up leave from the drive through without any explanation and without me saying a word.

I remember when this place was always packed and everything was fresh, but that was years ago. Now I rarely see people in the parking lot or drive through.

I feel like i have given this place many... many chances... I won't...

I tried the new Taco Bell 3200 West Okmulgee Muskogee Oklahoma 74401 this morning. There were no people in the Drive-Thru the place looked fairly empty I pulled up to the speaker and I had to repeat my order four or five times before it was correct and I only ordered a Nachos Bell Grande two soft tacos and a large or the largest size Diet Pepsi van. When I went to the window the customer service was good but the food took about 10-15 minutes to come out. I got my food and she forgot to give me my drink so I asked for my drink when it came out it looked like a medium size approximately 24 oz I said I shop at Taco Bell often in this is not the largest size she wanted to argue that's the largest size that they have. I live three blocks from there literally three blocks. When I got home and unpacked my food, it was unappetizing, thrown together, and cold. The food was disgusting looking and taste just the same. I'm also not convinced that the Nachos Bell Grande I got at this restaurant is in a smaller container than I get across town. Once again I got one Nachos Bell Grande two tacos and a large Diet Coke and it was $10.22 I think that's utterly ridiculous. And it was cold...

I don't make reviews often, so this happening is because I had the worst experience ever of any taco bell I've ever been too. I ordered online, 15 minutes before I made it to the store to pickup food. I expected a wait since it was later in the evening. I got there and seriously sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I even tried multiple times to flag someone down. I have tried multiple times to reach a district manager and they have failed to contact me back. The food I received was not even 100% correct. Also, a group of other people came in the store and ordered at the kiosks and all got food before myself and about 2 or 3 other customers. How do I spend $60 at taco bell and get this bad of...
