Speedway Grille — Restaurant in Muskogee

As we approach the extremely busy resterant the only place left to park was in a pot hole ridden dirt parking lot. Hoping i do not get a flat i drove over to park. Went inisde to find that there were 3 booths available, none of which had been bussed. The waitress suggested we sit at one of the dirty booths and wait to for her. After some time she comes over clears the booth. Apparently the menu is set and stone and no substations can be made. You have oder the meal and price and buy a side seperate at an extra charge. The majority of our food was out in a timley manner and was pretty good. However, our fries were brought to us 6 min before our main order was given to us. The waitress only checked on us once at the end of service. It was so loud my table could not hear each other from one side to the other. I paid my tab and was asked to announce how much i would like to tip in front of everyone else in line and guests close to the checkout. Then its either explain what lousey service we had or just tell them no tip. I gave them half of what i normally would becuase the food was...

Well we heard about this place so we went in to try it. We got our drinks waited waited waited. The blonde waitress got to other orered for people coming in after us. I made eye contract with her while she stood talking to 2 other female blonde co workers who also stared at us. We waited another 5 minutes. Finally my husband went over offered to pay for the drink so we could go somewhere else and instead of asking what was wrong or say i'm sorry let me take your order, she gave us a crappy cockeyed look and said you dont need to pay for it bye. Wow looked good to bad we could get served. Good luck with the crappy service guess some places dont need...

Finally decided to give this place a try since there always seems to be cars...waited so long because the outside seems "dated" and I was skeptical. So glad I did!!! Food was amazing....exactly what I was hoping for ...that amazing diner style taste. For less than 10$ I have enough food for breakfast and leftovers for lunch. My choices....western omelet that had grilled peppers and onions (so happy they weren't raw) with hasbrowns and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are 2 to an order and are jumbo fluffy biscuits with more than ample gravy for both. Also grabbed some grits for an extra 3$ and...
