Rent One — Local services in Muskogee

Horrible customer service. Ordered something and I went into the store to talk to them about the item that I ordered but they didn't have it. They said they could order another and would get back with me. 2 wks later no one called. I called back and they were rude and unapologetic. Manager Pamela finally said she would take care of it and see if she could order it. She would call me back. She didn't call me back. I called her a week later. She then said she would see if they will allow her to order it and call me back but didnt. I again called her and her excuse was she didn't have my phone number even though it's on the application. But at this time she said she could order it And it would take 2 weeks. A month later..... No couch and no call. I call them to check on it and again they were very unapologetic. The guy was like yeah we've been really busy. And said they haven't got the couch yet they're on backorder but for some reason they don't know how to pick up their phone to call cuz they're too busy for their customers.

I really tried to be patient and work with them. I gave them many chances. I understand things happen but to continuously happen over and over again and not to communicate nor to apologize for any inconvenience is VERY unprofessional IMHO. Would...

Wouldn't leave a single star....I went in there today and had to say hello really loud to get anyone to come out of office...the lady barely assisted me but whatever..I found what I needed and then when I was going to purchase it was myself that noticed it said sold in fine print. Well another customer walks in and she quickly had me write my name and number down to call another store for product which I never got a call of coarse. But just to get her to finish helping me I had to interrupt her conversation with the other customer since she didn't act like my money was gong to be good enough from the moment I walked in. Terrible...

What ever you DONT go to this place for anything. They will tell you they have something it will be delivered in the next day to day after and not get anything… why because they didn’t have it in stock. So they lady wanted to put something together for us of course she needs more money down then the first set cost so we just ask for a refund because the set she put togather wasn’t that appealing or matching at all. We are on day 8 since we got the purchase made for the furniture 7 days now waiting for a refund. This place needs a good closing...
