This is a newish place, so some learning curve probably still going on. First off very accommodating to our party of 9. Made us a table in the main room. When we sat down, the noise level was very very loud. Maybe the high ceiling, and we also had a long table. It quieted down as the place emptied. The menu is short and to the point. We went at 6:30 on Wednesday and I ordered a med rare prime rib. It came out medium and the server explained that they had already sold out. They should have skipped that step and don't bring something that you know wasn't ordered. It was handled in a flash and they made me a perfect filet that was on my table in under 5 minutes. Good job. My wife had the Grouper special and it was very good with a little zing in the sauce. From appetizers of shrimp and mushrooms, everything on our table got very favorable comments. The baskets of chips and pimento cheese is a good southern nod. One small thing that is a bother, the built in table lamps are too large and detract. On the other hand the location is dressed put very well and I look forward to sitting at the nice little bar and having a meal. Not sure why there are 2 bars in the restaurant seemed inefficient. It surely did not lead to drinks being delivered faster. Wish I took more pics

I hesitate as they just opened but so much went wrong. First the food was delicious (salmon melted in your mouth, ribs were meaty, sides were great). The restaurant was beautiful. We sat outside by the fountain and listened to music while we ate. The hard part - waited an hour for our meals as did others, was going to order dessert and a to go box for the ribs. 30 minutes later one in our party went and got the to go box from inside and told the waitress we wanted our checks. I never got my dessert as we waited another 15 minutes And one in our party took the checks inside. Another member of our party asked to speak to management as we wanted to be upfront about our concerns however the waitress said " no just blame it on me?" It wasn't her fault our food took over an hour or that there seems to be some disorganization. We know they just opened but hope management takes this info to improve their service. We plan on going back for another try and I love quality non-fried food.

Palm 33 has a really nice atmosphere; when I walked in, I expected an upscale dining experience. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t match the vibe. Service was slow, and our server seemed overwhelmed, even though the place wasn’t busy. She didn’t seem familiar with the menu or bar drinks and was pretty snippy when we asked questions. The steak was cooked well and tasted good, but there was way more fat than you’d expect from a filet mignon. The mac and cheese tasted like boxed Kraft or Velveeta… not what you’d expect at this price point. I actually didn’t even eat more than the initial bite. I asked about house-made sauces like peppercorn or béarnaise, and the only option was A1 or Heinz. Honestly, it feels like they spent a lot on decor but didn’t put the same effort into hiring solid staff or serving quality food. I really wanted to like it, but I left quite disappointed. Probably won’t be back.

My husband took me here on Mothers Day. We were greeted immediately and seated. We did recognize and comment on the decor and what we thought was going to be a great experience. Firstly, we ordered drinks, specifically wine. The waitress was not at all knowledgeable about the wine selection or what each of the selections were. She did not offer a wine/liquor menu for us to look at. We were brought out the cheapest tasting red wine I’ve ever tried. Then, the waitress came back to place our food order. The menu was not lengthy, and was easy to read. There was plenty selection of steak, but barely any seafood and that was disappointing considering they’re a steak and seafood restaurant. My husband ordered a burger cooked to Medium temp and I ordered the ribeye steak medium temp with sweet potato and salad on the side. Simple order right? When the food came out, we asked for condiments but ended up waiting and repeating ourselves multiple times. When they brought out my ribeye steak, it was rare. I called the waitress over to mention the steak was extremely undercooked which she was able to confirm right away. She then took the steak back to The kitchen to remake it, however, they ended up, throwing it back on the grill and overcooking it to the Point of where it was way past well done. The salad they brought out was the saddest I’ve ever seen, cut, inconsistently. Not only that, but they ended up cooking the pieces of steak that I previously had cut up and put it back on the plate. I called the waitress back over again to mention this and at that point, she said she was going to Call the manager over. The so-called “” manager “came over and said “Oh it must be a full moon “that was extremely Disrespectful, rude, and completely inappropriate to say. Then another manager came back and asked how they can make it right and I said “you’ve made my steak incorrectly twice already. I just wanted my steak to be cooked to the right temperature a few minutes later they returned with a steak that was finally perfectly cooked. At that point, I was already so irritated that I ended up not enjoying myself at all. It’s a shame that they allow people like that to work in what is supposed to be a fine dining establishment. The manager also offered to Comp us a dessert but ended up never bringing anything out. We left completely dissatisfied and will never be returning again. Hopefully they will learn from this experience, especially how to treat their guests And possibly hire a more respectful and knowledgeable staff in the future. The food was horrendous. I would not recommend. I’d say if you want a better experience, consider going to Texas roadhouse lol. It’s no wonder they barely had any customers. Don’t waste your time coming here. I did put five stars based on our first impression on what it looks like on the exterior, But when we are done, I give it a...

Where do we begin? My husband and I agreed, this will be a one and done for us. We totally get they haven't been open long but, it's definitely a no for us. That was decided before the meal came. Are they going for 2 different restaurants? On the bar side the servers are dressed down with neon shirts. The main dining has servers that are a little more put together. The neon shirt crew mixes with the others. It's weird. One of the managers looks like a server with a neon orange shirt on. The older gentleman who came around asking how things were was completely unprofessionally dressed. He wore a ball cap and black Reebok t. I heard someone from the table next to us ask who he was. Was he OK? The server said he was the owner...👀👀 I was shocked. Some of the servers, while they were dressed better, were still sloppy in appearance. Tuck your shirt, brush your hair, etc. Idk. For the price. I was surprised. The basket of chips did not come with the dip bc by 6pm they were apparently out. When I asked the server what style crab cake they had she had no idea. Given there's maybe 6 items on this menu, why don't you know? When we went to order our meals they were already out of Mac and Cheese (again, this was 6pm and they were not busy). There are limited side options. Only one veggie option and it's asparagus. Why is there only one veggie option? I ordered the sampler and was expecting onion petals (as stated on the menu) but got onion straws instead. I ordered the filet and sweet potato. The tray the steak comes on is cold and not hot like I was expecting. The steak was dry, overcooked, and lacked seasoning. The sweet potato comes wrapped in tin foil! I couldn't believe my eyes!! (Although it was the hottest thing on my plate). I'm confused on the bathrooms. It's like a 90s green and appeared used and not new like you'd expect. They also needed cleaned badly. Lastly, I hope they're waiting on their tables to arrive, bc they're clearly used with an annoying permanent small lamp in the middle.

Overall, had the service, food, and ticket time been better we may have considered going back. Just wasn't worth it. Priced too high for the...
