If you get your items picked up, all should be fine! But, everytime I’ve had delivery they forget an item/ get things wrong. This last time, I ordered quite a bit of food, well over 60$ worth. They did not give me my marinara sauce or ranch for my cheese sticks/ jojos, but they did give me the 6 ranches I paid for so at least I had that. I ordered a large pepperoni and olive pizza, and instead got a large pepperoni pizza. My daughter is pretty specific , and pepperoni and olives is her favorite pizza. Was kind of bummed they got it wrong. These issues are such small fixes if people just paid attention before expediting them out to customers— especially since it costs extra for more than one topping. Along with this, the delivery driver went to the wrong address in my complex; luckily my neighbors were honest and directed them to the right apartment. They were 30+ minutes late on my order (said they’d take 45 minutes, but they took an hour and 15 minutes extra), and the cherry on top was that their manager was supposed to call me days ago but never bothered to. To be fair, they have EXCELLENT food! The quality is usually great, but the handling in my issues, the issues themselves, service, and the lack of care from staff isn’t at all professional. The staff actually told me a manager would call, because they were closing and couldn’t do anything to fix my order besides refund me for the pizza. Never got a call, and the pizza was really only a percentage of issues that occurred. Hope they learn how to conduct business properly! They have excellent food, I’m sure if the service matched more people would go and give better reviews. Plus, if people pay for an item, they should get all that they pay for. Not be hindered by having to pickup the items they’ve already paid the service and delivery fee for, or be faced with getting pretty much the wrong order for dinner just before they’re closing so an actual fix...
Read moreWow, they have greatly improved. The online ordering isnt great but when you call they are fantastic. The delivery is faster, and the pizza is really freash, good and hot.
They are working really hard to improve and be fantastic. Good job, thanks for getting awesome.
--------Old reviews from 2 yrs ago------- It is the only pizza delivery in the area. For the most part, the people who delive are awesome. When you call, because the online ordering is not working. You are lucky if they pick up. You might be calling for an hour. Or your call will be bumped over to the fax machine, or it wil ring and ring. Sometimes they dont have a delivery person. If the stars align and you call, get through and order. It usally a 1.5 hour until delivery. Sometimes magic happens and it can be delivered in 45 min. They charge extra for them to actually cook the food. Yeah. I know... so wierd... in a big city its expected to have your food cooked. NOT HERE. Everthing is extra, ranch, and basically anything. And, you are paying $15 to $20 per pizza. I bet the mob owns this place because you get ripped of, for OK pizza.
Again, they are the ONLY place that delivers for now. Any restaurant that opens and delivers will wipe this place...
Read moreCalled in a single xL pizza, at 5:36pm was told it would be 15 minutes. Got there at 6:06, 30 minutes later & the highschool girls working there had not taken my ticket back to start the pizza yet. Now they played it cool until I paid, then told me it would be another 20 minute wait. I had frozen food in the car & was forced to go home 10miles away & come back. They were NOT AT ALL apologetic, just gave the excuse that they had gotten busy. When I was finally able to pick up my pizza, the young lady handed to me very rude like & not friendly at all. Didn't open the box to show me the pizza or even say thank you.. They acted entitled as if I was putting them out by being there. Funny thing is, I used to work there 20 yrs ago. It definitely is a different generation now.
Needless to say I've been a good long standing customer of the M.C. Figaro's, but not ever again will I step foot in there. Great Customer service & experience is EVERYTHING. JUST...
